I bought a big tex 24 foot hydraulic tilt 4 years ago have gone there to buy a dump stood around for 45 minutes was ignored went to scots in turner got immediate attention bought one there. Just went to michauds today for brake shoes. They will only sell complete kit for 319 looked online same kit 167. Highly overpriced and very rude. Will not go there again.

Used them for 25 years in my landscape business, and now for my plow needs. Ever since they used to work out of their house! Always very good quality. They're not as cheap as they used to be, but they've grown, and they're just so reliable, and high quality, the higher price is worth it, in my opinion.

Friendly customer support staff, however hitch installation expertise must be limited. They declined to install one on my Lexus SUV and recommended the dealership. Lexus in Portland told me it would be much cheaper to go to Handyman Hitch Pro on Riverside. Guess I'll be driving to Portland!
