My wife and I stored our 2022 Tiffin Bus here for 8 months. Place very clean and well taken care off. It is insulated, but not heated. Nate who ran the place took great care of our rig. Any time I need to see it he was always accommodating. I would recommend storing your Rv or boat here.Thanks Nate
