I called Fortin's when looking for a Repair company to come out. So incredibly rude to me in the Service Department -- I will therefore NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING from this company as long as I live. Please don't patronize them. There are plenty of stores to spend your $. Agren's, for example, will meet or beat even the box stores, so screw Fortin's. Don't patronize a store where you are treated rudely, like garbage! Oh. My. Gawd. Never again. Horrible mistake on my part to contact them.

I had a great experience a few years ago buying a washer and dryer so when my air conditioner kicked the bucket I knew I could count of Fortins Home Furnishings to meet my needs! Lots of friendly staff too!

I have nothing but good things to say about Fortin's. They've got a great product selection and a friendly sales staff that really know the products they sell. Plus they have been flexible on price - once without my having even asked - to stay competitive with the big box stores. Fortin's delivers a level of personal service that's hard to match at a big box store. For example, I bought a dehumidifier at Fortin's yesterday. But before I finalized the purchase, I was curious about how noisy it was. I asked the salesperson if he could plug in the floor model so that I could hear it in operation, and he was happy to oblige. Try doing that at Big Orange or Big Blue. In addition, they are factory-certified to service the appliances they sell. When I wasn't sure if a refrigerator I bought was working properly, they promptly sent out a technician to check. Five well-deserved stars.

The salesman Dennis was very friendly and very helpful and also very patient. The men that delivered it were quick, efficient and ever so polite. Perfect experience all the way around. Don't hesitate to go there. The bed is extremely comfortable. Never made a better purchase
