Ordered a rim and tire, told it would be in Tuesday. When we called, the guy said, no probably tomorrow. Wednesday he called to ‘make sure he had ordered the right thing’…. Hmmmm. Thinking he was JUST about to place the order…. Was told it’d be in on Friday. Nope. Meanwhile, I’ve wasted a week, my lawn is growing and getting thick. Looks like I now have to go elsewhere and time has been wasted. Thanks for nothing.

This company ripped me off by charging me 2.25 hrs of labor @ $80/hr for changing a belt!When I tried to ask them about this charge I was met with defensive behavior and ultimately disrespect and unprofessionalism.I wouldn't trust these ppl to load my car with gas.DON'T GO HERE!!!

I really wish I could write a better review, but... We took our lawn mower in for just a simple tune up. It took over 4 plus weeks to get it back.. No parts were required. Not sure why it took so long. I really do like this place, and I understand there are shortages on parts because of the pandemic.. But there were no parts required. We would call and said it be ready by Friday, but Friday(s) would pass and nothing. We did get it back 4 plus weeks and it is running well but.. Also We asked to have the lawn mower picked up, and we waited hours for them to show up.. We ended up taking the mower to them... The guy at the shop said, "I was just on my way, 30 min over the time window they promised to pick up the mower.. Again They do good work, but seems standards/customer service have dropped a bit.

Bought my Cub Cadet LT 46 from them last August. They delivered it later the same day, and the service person explained some of the most important features. Later on that summer, I thought I had a starting problem, told the owner, and the repair person came out the same afternoon (it turned out to be a safety feature that was preventing it from starting.). Just recently had to replace a blade, brought the old one in, and they had the replacement in stock. They know their products and service what they sell.
