If passive aggressive could be a group of a people, it would be the staff of the Windham Walgreens. They could not care less if you get your medication, whether that is something that keeps you alive or keeps you sane. They absolutely will NEVER go out of their way to help you, not under any circumstances.

if i could give less than one star i would. they over work their staff and have minors running the store alone. the manager is always on a vacation and doesn't train her staff. she treats the staff horribly and seems to be very condescending and shady. one of the employees named scott is one of the only genuine people there. scott works day in and day out and comes in even on his days off to help out because the manager doesn't know how to do her job. the young cashier amelia is very sweet and helpful. i am however worried about her safety considering management doesn't care about the fact that there is a pedophile working next door.the pharmacy staff are over worked and i feel sorry for them because they are doing an excellent job and nobody cares.

I finally switched from Walgreens to Hannaford, hoping that I’d be done with Walgreens for good. But no, because their pharmacy being closed and having to go without my medication isn’t bad enough apparently. Now I can’t refill a prescription at Hannaford because my insurance has already been billed for it by Walgreens, but Walgreens hasn’t even FILLED it yet. Walgreens pharmacy is closed more days than it’s open, I can’t get that prescription from them. I guess I’ll be paying out of pocket at hannaford because even when I thought I was done with Walgreens, they still found another way to mess something up. If Walgreens is still your pharmacy, do yourself a favor and switch to a different company now.

How can a Pharmacy not be open in weekends? Walgreens Windham has NOT made any provisions to have pharmacy coverage on Saturdays & Sundays. Nor do they have any back-up pharmacy coverage for other understaffed days. if this is corporate policy (which the store manager alleged) it is unacceptable. We will definitely be looking for a new pharmacy provider during the next insurance enrollment period.

Came back three days in a row to get my prescription and was sent away each time with a promise it would be ready the next day. Randomly will have the drive thru closed or the whole pharmacy closed.

Would NOT recommend a vaccine at this facility unless you have some time to kill. They are unable to meet their appointment times or even within reason to offer a slight delay. They also will accept walk-ins ahead of your scheduled appointment to further delay. Seems to be plenty of staff, so this likely falls on a poorly managed pharmacy. Hannaford and Walmart both offer vaccines as well in Windham for convenience.

told me my prescription was ready drive hour to get it they're closed went back next day during normal business hours and they closed. go in on Saturday and they are frigging closed. 4 days off medication and I use heavy equipment so definitely not a good thing as peoples lives depend on me being alert. go in Monday to pick it up and im told to come back in a hour after leaving work amd driving a hour to make sure I get there because this place no longer has normal hours. if I get fired or get hurt from being of my meds I will tale this place to court. theyve been preventing me from taking daily medication for a week now. most inco.petent pharmacy I've ever had to use. this place sucks domt use them if your life depends on it because you'll end up dead before they dispense your meds

Their drive-thru service has always been slow, even before the pandemic so it’s not about the staffing issues that the pandemic has caused. They had that problem before. Now they don’t have things in stock, take forever filling prescriptions, and to top it off, I was just rudely hung up on after trying to check the status of a prescription. Luckily it’s not one that I need right away but jeez, hanging up on customers? That was just weird. I might end up switching to Hannaford’s pharmacy and seeing if they’re any quicker and kinder.

Had a prescription called in on tue and got a call from pharmacy stating it would be ready first thing Wednesday morning and I didn't have to do anything just come in and pick it up. Glad I called because I called at 10 tosee if it was ready as I was going in to work late so I could get my script. I work long hours. No it wasn't ready so went into work as I was already 4.5 hours late. On way home I called them to let them know ill be coming by in a few to pick it up. It still wasn't ready and were going on 9 hrs past original time pharmacy said they'd have it filled. Pharmacist says 30 to 44 minutes so I continue home as I have to get dinner for kids being single parent no one else going to cook dinner. So after dinner at about 645 650 I leave and call to see if its finally ready and she says yes it is but we close in ten minutes. I said excuse me im about 10 to 12 minutes away and when did you change your hours and why didn't you let me know this when I talked to you hour 15 minutes ago. I begged for her to stay im on my way. At this point I'm less than 5 minutes away. I said please im on my way I really need my medication and ill be gone for next 3 to 4 days. Pharmacist said nope we close at 7pm. I then asked why wasn't my script ready this morning like I was promised night before and I had to call twice to get you guys to finaly fill it. Pharmacist says sorry to inconvenience you but we were doing covid testing all day. So I have to go without my medications for probably a week because you chose not to fill them when they were supposed to. You waited until 15min before you close to fil my script that you've had for over 3 days and refuse to stay 1 minute later so I can get medications that I need to be on and could injur myself or someone else being off them. Rude ignorant pharmacist. I really don't know how thye can push their ignorance off onto customer and make customer feel l did something wrong when its you who are incompetent.!!! If you wamt your prescription filled dont use walgreens because they only fill prescriptions now if they're not doing other things and make you wait 2 to 4 days before filling.
