I've just left Walgreens angry and frustrated yet again. I don't have the patience rn to detail the issues, but they are myriad. Read the other review to get an idea- I have full confidence that these people are neither lying or exaggerating; I've observed several of them during interminable waits at this location.
What I really came here to share was what occurred to me this time around: these issues people are having will continue to occur because Walgreens literally does not care one iota if they lose your business! There will always be another naive customer to replace you who assumes, as I did, that a pharmacy must be part of a larger network of Actual Medical Professionals! This is absolutely not the case; Walgreens is a 100% For Profit group of corporate hucksters who live every day to con you, rip you off, and inconvenience you. They are soulless Lords of the Bottom Line. Go elsewhere, I implore you.

The women in the pharmacy who seems to always be there mid afternoon when pick up my prescriptions… “I wish I knew her name.”
She sometimes makes my day. I drive away happy that there are still kind people in the world. She’s always pleasant, patient, and bubbly.

The two women on the night shift had a very bad attitude. They didn't give receipts when I bought something. I found out the price was wrong five minutes later and went back to return the item. They kept asking me for receipts. Their attitude was very bad. It's unfortunate for this store to have such employees.

If passive aggressive could be a group of a people, it would be the staff of the Windham Walgreens. They could not care less if you get your medication, whether that is something that keeps you alive or keeps you sane. They absolutely will NEVER go out of their way to help you, not under any circumstances.

Thought I’d give them like a tenth try! My mistake nothing changed ! 1 car at drive through for 27 minutes! Walgreens employees clueless why wouldn’t they tell person
To come back now there’s 15 cars behind me people blowing horn getting frustrated! I don’t understand how this place is still in business!

I know there have been many negative reviews of this location but the interaction I had yesterday made me want to write a review, which I don’t do often.
I had a refill due which was filled in a timely manner, but before I went in to pick it up, I wanted to be sure the manufacturer was the same as my last prescription (since I have some side effects to this medication with other manufacturers). So I called in, and the guy who I spoke with was not only professional and quick to respond to my request, but he was extremely kind and made me feel that my request was important, not a bother.
When I picked up my prescription, he remembered me and again, was very efficient, and kind. I’m sure he was very busy, but he made sure I got what I requested and was nice at the same time.
I don’t recall his name, but he made this experience one of the best I’ve had with a business in a long time. I hope he sticks around.

HORRIBLE experience on 1-19-23. A young women working the Pharmacy Desk gave me a Very hard time , acting judgmental , attitude etc etc.
Asking me to repeat Private information in a public area, wich all info is lusted on the screen. She acted like she couldn’t dispense my medication. When I said I’d text mu Dr. To have them contact the pharmacy , things started to turn around , Except for her attitude. Just so rude.
It’s unfortunate the time prior a Very nice older women working the drive Thru was exceptionally Great to del with. Very efficient knowledgeable etc etc.That women should be dealing with the public Not the “ young judge-mental one “
When all was said and done I said “ thank you “. She just had a “ stank aggravated look on her face and said nothing walked away.”
IGNORANT, is a great word for her. HOW SHE HAS A JOB is beyond my mental capacity.

if i could give less than one star i would. they over work their staff and have minors running the store alone. the manager is always on a vacation and doesn't train her staff. she treats the staff horribly and seems to be very condescending and shady. one of the employees named scott is one of the only genuine people there. scott works day in and day out and comes in even on his days off to help out because the manager doesn't know how to do her job. the young cashier amelia is very sweet and helpful. i am however worried about her safety considering management doesn't care about the fact that there is a pedophile working next door.the pharmacy staff are over worked and i feel sorry for them because they are doing an excellent job and nobody cares.

I finally switched from Walgreens to Hannaford, hoping that I’d be done with Walgreens for good. But no, because their pharmacy being closed and having to go without my medication isn’t bad enough apparently. Now I can’t refill a prescription at Hannaford because my insurance has already been billed for it by Walgreens, but Walgreens hasn’t even FILLED it yet. Walgreens pharmacy is closed more days than it’s open, I can’t get that prescription from them. I guess I’ll be paying out of pocket at hannaford because even when I thought I was done with Walgreens, they still found another way to mess something up. If Walgreens is still your pharmacy, do yourself a favor and switch to a different company now.
