I always like to give a good review for good service and I really wish I caught her name, but I just had to say, one of the ladies working the counter was one of the most pleasant customer service workers I have ever encountered! She deserves so much praise - everyone left with a smile when she helped them! Some people are meant to do what they do and she is meant for that job!!

I was only in the area for a little while and decided to open up a PO Box. I was given my keys and I filled out all nessasary paperwork ahead of coming in and even had my IDs ready for when I came in. After being told it was all set up I then also set up the feature that sends you an email with pictures of all your mail so I could see when my items arrived. I also checked the box almost daily and after 4 weeks of none of my mail I asked for help and all they did was take my keys and open my box just like I had done for weeks and said it was all good. Then I got an email that showed a package number but not another information so I called since I had work during the hours they were open. I called over 50 times and not one did anyone answer nor is there an answering machine. After many different forms on there website I got a call from headquarters letting me know the package in my email was someone else's at a different post office and I had no mail. By this time I had several ideas confirmed delivered at this location with one even being signed for. When I finally made it in during business hours it was revealed that they forgot to even open my PO Box as it still had tape on it and they had no paperwork. I then canceled my box and returned my keys and all they could do was give me a 1 dollar refund for giving the keys back and give my the packages of mine that ended up in general mail so they would not have ever made it to me if I hadn't demanded to talk to someone in charge. The staff was nice but the whole experience cost me money and time.

I stopped here to make some post cards, as the post office in Casco was closed at 1pm on a Monday.... Was in and out, and everyone was super friendly.

I’ve been treated very well here by Donna. Always very helpful and cheerful, she has fine the extra yard in a couple of occasions that made my life much easier. Of course I’ve had a lot of US Post Office experiences to compare with, so when I say Donna and her other female co-worker are awesome, you can bet on it.

Sat on the phone for 20 minutes listening to it ring. It's surprising anything gets done there when no one works. From now on I'll pay the extra from FedEx or UPS. I'm no longer willing to deal with the USPS or any affiliate groups. Maybe hire more people or something cause your service sucks eggs.

Came here with my sister in early December for passport services, and the whole process went smoothly. I can’t remember the name of the employee who assisted us, but she knew what she was doing and was very helpful.

Contrary to most reviews, I found my experience at the windham usps to be really, really good! My partner and I came in for passport services. We were late and didn't have our forms fully filled out. Donna patiently walked us through the process, took our pictures, and was so helpful!

Tried cramming a large package into my mailbox instead of just leaving it on the porch damaged the package pretty bad. Can’t get a hold of anyone on the phone, absolute joke

I’m not sure who the old dude is but he was very mean ? he made me bring my packages to some other lady and was giving her a massive attitude and while she took care of the line of customers he just stood there looking very intimidating ?
