“Brought my 2018 Cherokee wheel in for a cracked rim that was leaking air. Was given a set price from the internet and they kept the same price. Removed the tire from the rim fixed the crack properly mounted back the tire. Balanced the wheel and even came out to torque the lugs to spec for me. 10/10 customer service. They went above and beyond. Definitely will be back for any wheel repair or powder coating in the future. Thank you so much for your awesome work!”

Once off the truck they immediately got to work on it and in no time had me back on the road

“I called Paulin’s the day before my partner and I were going to drive down to North Carolina because my car was wobbling dangerously. My car definitely needed a lot of love but I wasn’t ready to pay a couple grand on the spot. I asked what it would take to make my Honda Civic make it to NC and they replaced the wheel bearing and realigned the car. I needed to change the tires but decided to put that off until later, but the one with the bad wheel bearing was so worn the metal tread was showing. Mike took a used tire from the back and replaced that tire for free. They wanted to make sure they sent me out on the trip in good conscience. I’d trust them with my car any day and you should too.”

“Damian was really kind and did a great job. On Tuesday, I had a flat tire, and even though they didn't have time to put new types on my car that day, they made time to put the doughnut on and didn't charge.
I made an appointment for today, the following Saturday, for the tires as well as an oil change, and they got everything done, as well as a couple other things.
They asked our permission before performing any work other than what was discussed, and fished the work in great time.
Pricing was very fair, and the work they did was fantastic. We'll be back for routine maintenence in the future!”

“I’ve had a bed liner sprayed in, running boards installed and under coating done here. They’re great . The bed liner after 5 years wore a dime size hole in the tailgate and they repaired it no cost. My running boards had spray liner put on them and they showed signs of rust. They didn’t repair it but instead replaced them free of charge. I just had it wool waxed and am very pleased with their service.”
