Amy helped us buy our new home in Gorham, and she was amazing! There were several hiccups along the way, but Amy was there and helped us through every one. I’m someone who can be quick to panic in stressful situations (like, say, buying a new home), but Amy skillfully balanced keeping us well informed at every step, while flawlessly maintaining composure and keeping me even-keeled. She was quick to connect us with various contractors to help achieve our vision. On the day of closing, we had some more hang-ups, and Amy really was a “rockstar!” We were with her while she made several phone calls on our behalf, and she was an amazing advocate. She was direct and professional, and in that moment I was even more grateful that she was on our team.
I would highly recommend Amy to anyone looking to buy a house!

If you want to get your house sold, call Amy. I tried to sell my house a few times in the past. When I called Amy at Rockstar my home was sold almost immediately. She is smart, professional and extremely knowledgeable about the market. I will be contacting her to buy my next property in the next couple of weeks.

We were first time home buyers. Amy helped us navigate the entire process with such care. She answered all our questions, no matter how simple they were, and helped us understand the process from the micro decisions we needed to make to the negotiation process. The process was fast, and she helped us to understand what decisions we needed to make, the timeline for those decisions and our options at each moment. She was also incredibly helpful making recommendations about resources within the community from inspection companies (who we loved) to second options to check out issues in the home, etc. She has a wealth of resources to call upon. She followed up with us continuously to ensure we felt supported and gave us space when we needed it. We had a great experience.

Amy is the best! She is so responsive, has a fantastic can-do attitude, and knows her stuff. Amy literally drove all over the southern half of Maine to help us find our home. She gave us great advice on getting our offer accepted in this crazy market. And she always returns calls and answers questions immediately. I never had to follow up with her to get the information I needed. Amy is also a real pleasure to be around. If we ever are in the market for a house again (or to sell), we will definitely call Amy!

Man oh man! House hunting in today's market is terrifying. Thank goodness we had Amy by our side. She was a cheerful, calming, consummate professional. She paid attention to detail and communicated better than any other agent I've worked with (and I have worked at least 6 other agents over the last decade!) Her recommendations for the myriad companies to use along the way - inspectors, lenders, etc - were all spot on. She was an advocate for us and helped us find our dream home.
