Went there and the associates working behind the counter were incredibly rude and sexist towards the female I was in company with for trying to return parts for a company I am associated with, so to Sam and the other older associate behind the counter very unprofessional work ethic and rude to be dealing with the public like that

Stopped in to get windshield wipers for my truck. I wasn't in the building for more than a minute when I was approached and offered help. A few taps on the keyboard and I knew which good, better and best wipers were available. I opted for the Buy One Get One deal and picked up a pair for half price. As I was checking out, I was offered a slice of pepperoni pizza. The manager bought two large pizzas for a crew of 3 and had plenty to share. He then installed the wipers for me, but only after I mentioned another parts store used to do it for me. I've never had any allegiances with one particular auto parts store, but this level of customer service will certainly lead me back to this business for sure.

Friendly and respectful service. Helped me find the wiper blade size I needed and gave me no nonsense comparisons of the options. Employee even installed it for me in a snow storm.

I bought a quart of battery acid at Napa auto parts but I needed two and they only had one so I want to O’Reilly auto parts to get another quart and it was almost half the cost of what I paid at Napa so I returned it, the service at O’Reilly was pretty quick and the parts counter sales person was very friendly and patient.

Great Service,looked for rare Unicorn Parts ( 1.Used to be V.I.P back in the day. Helpfull Staff and patient too. We went looking for 1915 Buick Truck Parts( or work around modern parts) and a Modern Chevy Trucks Brakes. ( G.M. had changed the Brake Lines in early production...and told NO ONE about it!) Good parking there,right on the Main Drag of Route 302.
