Oil Change
“Went to Prompto this morning to get an oil change. Within 30 seconds of pulling in they had broken a bolt while removing a plate to drain the oil. They were unable to repair the broken bolt and tried to blame it on the shop that did the previous oil change. Told me that I would have to go to another garage to have the bolt repaired on my own. My truck is only a few years old and in good condition, no reason that this should have occurred. Would not recommend this business to anyone. They should take responsibility for parts that they break and shouldn't be touching parts on a customer's vehicle if they are not able to complete any repairs that may be needed. Very unprofessional.UPDATE: Got a call from the regional supervisor about this incident. He was very apologetic and agree that the situation was not handled correctly. He met me at Prompto this morning, replaced the broken bolt and completed the oil change.Service: Oil change”
