Was seen almost immediately even though I didn’t have an appointment.
Phlebotomist were very good as I have hard to find veins but they got it first try on all three occasions

This place is not bad at all. I’ve had multiple phlebotomists and the only slight complaint is there is always a wait but they move through the list quickly.

I just had my labs drawn here. The woman that did it (I can’t remember her name but she had gnomes in her office) was professional and very nice! She did a great job collecting my labs and was very thorough in ensuring all the information was correct. I had yawned when she was back too and it looked like I was crying; she made sure to ask if I was ok, which was compassionate of her and I appreciated. I didn’t wait very long but I’m sure if I had an appointment it would have been even quicker! They are a busy little lab, be patient with them! After seeing all the bad reviews, I figured it would be nice to share my positive experience!

I can’t speak to the bad reviews here but in my experience I walked in on time for my blood draw, was called up within 5 minutes and the draw was over in 5-10 minutes. The women I spoke with was efficient and kind. Will be coming here again for future labs.

Have always had a positive experience at the Windham office. Staff is courteous, professional, and on point to get you in and out once your name is called. You can make an appointment or walk in knowing you may have to wait. Thank you to all the phlebotomists!

I haven’t been to Nordx for a while but was quickly reminded why as I found that they had moved again. There should be a posting and suggestion from the Dr.’s office to SCHEDULE an appointment. After 30 mins. and getting passed over four times and being patient, I finally asked. I watched others leave when they discovered what I did. But you have to care to about the patients to do so. The retirees may have all day but walk ins usually have to work or a schedule to keep. Please do better.

kept me on hold the last 20 minutes just so they don't have to work. not the 1st and definitely not only me. can't get ahold of them. I tested it. was thereand around 1130 I called and again , same thing. busy, not one bit.

Absolutely horrible experience. I got there at 3:30 even though online it says they close at 4:00. I waited 10 mins for someone to take my 2 year old daughters specimen for test because we have been dealing with an ongoing health issue. The two employees decided to just argue with me and waste more time then eventually took us out back which I was grateful and thankful for however the rudeness myself and my two year old toddler received was uncalled for. I understand wanting to go home. It’s an easy fix to change your hours online. However snapping and yelling at two year old while I wrote on her cup like I was asked because she touched something you irresponsibly left out is not only unprofessional but also a safety hazard to not only a child but cross contamination is a thing. Especially in a lab. Then I was informed after the horrible service that we should go to westbrook or Scarborough since their hours are more convenient. I advised them that I will not be coming back to this location. I will only be going to the two locations suggested because they are nicer and can handle toddlers. I also don’t foresee us continuing to get our lab work done by Nordx moving forward. This location has caused us more headaches. We will ask to go to another lab company. I made a report to not only our pediatrician office but also Nordx as well. DO NOT BRING YOUR YOUNG KIDS HERE.

Arrived to have some blood work done at 12:00. I was aware they had a scheduled lunch until 1:00pm, the door was unlocked, so I had a seat to wait. Which I was totally fine with. After 30 minutes a woman came in and told me “you have to leave, we’re going to lunch. So go back to your car or something.” Absolutely rude.
I work in healthcare I get if you’re running behind. But don’t be flat out rude to a patient. Especially if you leave the door unlocked.. how was I supposed to know?

Don't know what the issue is..but should move more than one patient in 30 minutes. Understaffed? I would recommend going to any other NorDx. 2 hours and still counting to give a urine sample...
