5-6 employees standing around the customer service desk doing absolutely nothing and not one register open . I asked if they would open up a register and they said it’s self checkout only . If I had wanted to be a cashier at lowes I would of applied but that isn’t the case . It is not my job to scan and bag my purchases and also ask myself if I found everything I was looking for . I’ll let it go this time however next time I may skip lowes all together and go to Home Depot instead .

They were supposed to deliver my fridge and canceled 4 separate times, sometimes without saying anything. When they finally delivered the fridge it was delivered to the wrong apartment. Do not depend on this lowes to do anything and especially don't depend on them to do anything right. I lost tons of money spending it on bags of ice to keep my food while they continued to lie about delivering the fridge. My actual food went bad as well. As far as I am concerned this lowes owes me money for the food they caused to go bad, an unfinished delivery, and the bags of ice I had to buy four times with each fake delivery they lied to me about. I have never seen such lack of ability to do your own job. I'm writing to the company too because they are thieves. Wayfair can deliver my stuff but lowes can't????UPDATE: obviously customer experience is not important if you lie to us when we have you on the phone after waiting forever. We tried customer service and we were lied to. Do not rely on customer service. Our apartment property management company found the fridge left in a random empty apartment and the manager and maintenence delivered it up to our apartment themselves after lowes failed multiple times to deliver our fridge. The initial issue was due to snow although lowes did not update anyone that they canceled the delivery. Bad communication but understandable. When they then lied about delivering it that weekend and then failed to properly deliver it again later it truly shows the quality if their "service". NEVER DEPEND ON THEM OR THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never get my money back that I spent on bags of ice and groceries gone bad.

I like Lowe's, but they're help really don't stand up by their professional attitudes and really don't know what's going on half the time of where and what their materials or items where they're at. If you're not used to Lowe's don't expect to be taken care of quickly, but you will be taking care of. It'll just take a while and they have to find it themselves cuz they don't know as professional people that work there.

Go look for it yourself is not what I need when I come here. If I knew what I needed I would have gotten it myself. I needed help to find a part which your rude associate couldn’t be bothered with assisting me with. Thanks for nothing as usual. Absolutely the worst service anywhere. Do better. Home Depot is across the street.

I like Lowe's better than Home Depot, but they are woefully understaffed here and the staff isn't well trained on their systems. We got sent back and forth between 4 different employees for a simple issue that took us like a minute to finally resolve ourselves.
