My wife set an appointment to do our taxes. Appointment was at 10am. Was told by customer service to wait 10m min. No one showed after 45 min. Called customer service again and was told our appointment was canceled. It was canceled becuase no tax pro was assigned. Nice to have know that before hand.

Just wanted to say how professional and helpful the people at the H&R Block Windham office are (Shout out to Amanda and Bob especially, you both are great). Had a weird issue with my taxes and they went above and beyond to try and help me figure something out. Thank you both so much! H&R Block please give them a raise!

Tax “pro”…he (Musa) had no idea how to do my taxes and literally tried to short me over $1,000 if I hadn’t pointed out the mistake…I only wonder how many other mistakes he made that I don’t know about. Will not be returning to H&R Block in the future. Also he literally grabbed a stack of papers out of my hand when I was leaving because he wanted to put it in a different folder, even though he knew I wanted it and I took it back and I told him not to take stuff out of my hand. You shouldn’t even be getting that close to me let alone grabbing my papers out of my hand when I’m already done and you can leave….

I received great customer service from the receptionist who assisted me with a tax drop off form. And I was able to meet my tax preparer within 10 minutes of inquiring about the drop off options and in less than 20 minutes my paperwork was in process to get filed and was completed and filed in less than a week. I would Recommend at least stopping in and asking if you need to get your tax returns done quickly and with little to no hassle or waiting.

I'd give a zero if I could, had an appointment scheduled for 2 weeks, and got a call last minute saying that they don't have an associate for our scheduled time. My wife and I both had to take time out of work to make the appointment.

Used to go here all the time no when I call all I get is a robot, went into the office in person to make an appointment face to face and no one was there or opened the office at 9am when they said they were open, called the automated robot back and set an appointment for 12pm today, showed up and the office was closed and no one was there called them back and they said I didn’t have an appointment couldn’t find me anywhere in their system and no one knew why the office wasn’t open all done with them!
