I just bought 7 lobsters, they were terrible, the meat was dry hard to extract from the shells. The outside shells were black, some with barnacles. I have never in 60 years had lobster like this. Disappointed!

We got a giant catering order and got absolutely zero help, they missed the whole target on this one, very disappointed with management in the lower levels, especially the deli area

What is going on in Windham? Ever since the pharmacy remodel the customer service has gone down hill. There never appears to be more than one person working the counter and they are also covering the drive through window. There are usually 8 to 10 people waiting in line inside and cars backed up outside. It's not unusual to stand there or wait in your car for 10 to 15 minutes. I feel bad for the techs who have to deal with a failure of management. I overheard one who was very frustrated with the situation. It's time for corporate to get their act together and solve this issue. Wake up folks.

Today you can't even get a prescription filled because their computers are down. I can live without mine for a day or two but what about people who need them right now? I do not understand what is going on with this store but it's gone downhill.

Pharmacy is disgraceful! Lines are so long and then when you finally get to them they don't have your prescription with many reasons as to why? 1. They are running a week behind, even after phone call from them that it was ready???? 2.Last month it was at least another 4 hours before prescription would be ready, again after being sick and waiting in line??? 3. They bill for the prescription immediately even if they are closed for the day , a weekend or a holiday??? Not letting anyone know their holidays???? Making you go through hell to get needed prescription immediately, because they already billed the insurance company??? How is this even possible and legal???? 4. Called manager several times with no call back??? Perfect example of the customer means nothing! I would rate their pharmacy a -10, but had to use 1 star to post this review!
