Two times now they have refused my brother to pick up a package claiming he needs to be 21. He is 18 and their own site said they need an adult signature. Last I checked 18 is the adult age. Horrible “policy” they have. I am tired of having to wait 3 days in a row only for on the 4th day (once I finally gave up waiting) to arrive and deny it yet another day. Absolutely sick of this company

Worst customer service I've ever had. Tracking info is all correct on their website but package doesn't show. I call to get the correct info but the guy tells me that there was a delay and proceeds to read the same travel history to me. I continue to tell him that I can see the travel history and nothing has changed from what he's saying and it says my oackage was supposed to be there. So what do he do to help? He hangs up.
