My van went in the shop, diagnosed, part ordered and I was on my way. Woman in the office were so kind and informative. Angela and Kiera do everything they could to provide comfort during my wait. Love this place. I will be back.....

The best place to go, the owners are the best! My car has never had anything major happen besides one thing, & Dan has always been a great help and I’ve never had an issue with my coolant hose after it burned off and he fixed it!

Buyers beware: They knew the car they sold us had overheating problems to the tune of a bad head gasket, and a fictitious warranty. Warranty company has been sued and is under investigation by the AG in several states for failure to honor it's contract. So we've had a 10k paperweight in the driveway pretty much since purchase. I have enoughdocumentation to take legal action, although I'd prefer to work out out amicably. It's sad that a veteran would take advantage of another veteran but that's what happened. Both Midas and Ira Dodge had questions about the validity of the sticker they issued, but that's all secondary to the head gasket.

I have a 2013 Chevy Silverado which needed some mechanical work and the wheel wells were rusting out they did a great job with the mechanical work and the body work is amazing too. They are quick, the prices are the best I’ve seen other places wanted double if not more than what they charged. Friendly kind and they care about the work they do. Overall excellent experience and I will definitely refer friends and family here……John Burnham

I really was hopeful to give a better review, that’s why I held out so long. We bought a car in September/October of 2021. The first week we bought it the check engine light came on, we brought it in and they said it was fine, reset the light and sent us on our way. Check engine light comes on again, we bring it back and they “fix it”, this cat and mouse game of trying to get it repaired ensues for over a month. Finally the check engine light doesn’t come on after the final repair, fast forward a month and a half and it’s back on. Of course, outside of warranty now. Fed up, spending 5k on a piece of junk and now going to foot the bill to actually bring it to someone who can repair it.Update* just over a year of owning the car and it is junked ?. Complete waste of money and months of my life.

Two years ago a friend recommend Eagle auto sales to me to. I am 63 years old, and I am a widow. My friend told me that this is where he sends all the old folks. Lol but he honestly said it because he said they do excellent work and they are very fair on their prices. So I made the appointment, I had the work done, was extremely pleased with the way I was treated, the way the job was done and handled, and the total price. Since that time, I have been going to Eagle Auto sales to have work done, inspection stickers, etc. I felt I needed to write a review and to just give a Huge Thank You to Dan and Angela for everything they have done for me. Every job I have ever had done with them over the last couple years has always been handled with respect, promptness, kindness and Very Fair Prices!!!!! I have to say that Angela and Dan have always gone above and beyond to help me. They have treated me with respect, honesty, and have been totally upfront with any work that needed to be done. So a couple of weeks ago I blew out a tire. I ended up having to be towed. So I called Angela and she asked Dan and they said yes come right over even though they close at 5 o'clock and it was about 4:15 pm. Dan immediately started working on getting the rusted spare down from underneath my truck. When it was all said and done, he had the spare down and on my truck. It was 5:20 p.m.!!!!!! Who does that these days??? I just can't say enough about Eagle Auto Sales, North Windham, Maine and the workers!!!! I have, and will continue, to tell people to go see them and give them their business.

While some people may have been lucky enough to catch the owners on a good day my boyfriend, his daughter, & myself were not so fortunate. My boyfriend & his daughter went to see about a BMW they had posted on their website. Once there they explained to an employee that we were closing on our house soon & couldn't finance anything else until we closed. My bf asked if they would hold the car & he was told they'd hold it till Tuesday (our initial closing day), for $100. Both my bf & his daughter asked if the deposit would be refunded should anything happen that would prevent us from buying the car and they were told absolutely YES & not to worry. The woman they spoke to said the car had been on their lot for over a month so she let them believe rather we left a deposit or not the car would most likely still be available. Meanwhile the seller of our home had an issue with the deed so it pushed our closing till Friday. My boyfriend called on Tuesday to explain the situation & asked if they'd continue to hold the car. This time he was told that they charge $100/day to hold a vehicle but again, no worries it would be refundable. Unfortunately we weren't in a position to do that even if we wanted to. So, my boyfriend explained once again why we wouldn't be able to pay their NEW (to us) holding fee (no large spending/purchases till after closing), and she said okay, no problem, just come in when you're able & pick up your deposit. Since we (obviously), don't currently have a vehicle he told her that we wouldn't be able to stop by until Friday after we close on our house. Again, no problem just stop by anytime. The woman my bf kept talking to came across as very sweet, kind, & professional. But we were about to learn the truth about the whole *gang* at Eagle Auto Sales in Windham. We arrive at their place of business & my boyfriend goes to walk in to speak to someone but there was a woman in the back of a pickup truck that stopped him. I watched as he explained we had come to pick up our deposit. Then I saw the look on his face! He looked confused, shocked, and angry. I got out of the car to see what was happening. As soon as I asked what was going on this woman began to scream & holler so loudly I could barely understand her. She said no one gives back deposits!!!! I said, I don't frankly care what other businesses do or don't do I care that we told you we could not afford to lose any amount of money due to buying our home & due to my boyfriend's BONE CANCER which has kept him from working as much. We told your employee this & she said not to worry that deposits are refundable. She just kept screaming & hollering & acting so agressive I thought she'd hit me if she wasn't continuing to work in the bed of a pickup truck. That was just rude & unprofessional in & of itself. She ran away like an angry kid & returned with some guy who basically just stood there agreeing with every ignorant comment she made while smirking as if he was proud of he behavior & even more proud his employee lied to use so they could score $100. When I realized neither or these folks were going to keep their employee's word that our deposit would be refunded I told them that we would see them in court. I no sooner said this and that wild & far away eyed woman said: "Go ahead & just try it C**T!!!!" When I told the man I didn't think that was very classy of her he just shrugged, ignored the bad behavior & turned his attention to my bf. Meanwhile she's still ranting & swearing very foul things as she's walking away & then she flipped me the bird. A real class act - Not. Can you even imagine? A business owner calling you the "C" word & flipping you the bird simply because you've asked to have a deposit returned to you that their employee told you 3 different times would be refunded? They can claim all they want that their employee never told us the deposit
