“Trying to write a review for the Rochester NH store but it will not come up as a location. I was working on my uncles 2015 Escalade a few weeks ago(Saturday) and needed a lane assist actuator for the drivers front seat. NOBODY around had one, not even the dealers. I called at 11 am and by 3pm they pulled one out of the Portland store and we were back on the road Sunday. I wanted to give a shout out for the great service.”

“The two gentlemen working tonight (8/18/23 roughly 7:30pm) practically saved my life tonight. The bolts on my windshield wipers came lose during all the rain and I almost got stranded. The tall blonde guy and the other guy with black curly hair were insanely nice, fast and helpful. Tightened the bolts and made sure my wipers worked half an hour before they closed.I wish I grabbed names but I am so incredibly thankful for those two for helping me out last second and for their kindness.”
“Aj was extremely helpful and deserves some recognition. He helped me with finding the appropriate headlights for my vehicle AND with changing out the headlights in the parking lot, free of charge. He is clearly willing to help and go the extra mile for customers. He wouldn’t even accept a small tip. Thank you for the amazing service! “Stopped in to get windshield wipers for my truck. I wasn't in the building for more than a minute when I was approached and offered help. A few taps on the keyboard and I knew which good, better and best wipers were available. I opted for the Buy One Get One deal and picked up a pair for half price. As I was checking out, I was offered a slice of pepperoni pizza. The manager bought two large pizzas for a crew of 3 and had plenty to share. He then installed the wipers for me, but only after I mentioned another parts store used to do it for me. I've never had any allegiances with one particular auto parts store, but this level of customer service will certainly lead me back to this business for sure.”
