Came in this morning to get a bacon, egg and cheese. Biscuit out of the warmer food is hot and taste great but I was wanting a biscuit not an English muffin and the packages are not clearly labeled on aluminum foil. Whether it's a biscuit or a muffin or whatever that is, my only complaint is to make sure you ask the staff about what's inside the aluminum foil before you pay for it to make sure you're getting what you're wanting

Total fail tonight. Was told our order would be ready at 6:15pm arrived at 6:25pm and proceeded to pay for our order. Was told it would be right out. I very patiently waited until 6:50 before I inquired if my order was done. It was not. I repeatedly heard the cashier tell upset customers to not shoot the messenger. My wife went in and asked if the order was done and asked for a partial refund and was told “no nothing we can do, the guys out back gave the wrong times”. That is not the customers issue, I’m usually very patient. But our last three visits have been less than desirable. I usually stop for breakfast on my way to work. We order from work for lunches. And weekly for supper.

My pizza was burnt and the toppings were all thrown into the middle. Aweful customer service when i tried to get a refund. If i could give 0 stars i would, never going back there.

I ordered at 10:30 this morning for a chorizo burrito before I went to work. I went in to pay to be told they hadn’t made it because they didn’t have any chorizo. They had plenty of time to contact me before I drove in to receive it at 10:45. it was handled unprofessionally. If something like this happened at my workplace there would have been remorse. Yes it was for a just a burrito, but little things like that impact someone’s morning.

Whomever the stressed out older lady is cooking has a huge attitude problem. I decided I would take my cheeseburger sub order to a place that knows how to speak and act toward its patrons. I was just passing thru and I thought I try it out again as it’s been over 20 since I have been in the area.

I specifically said tuna dagwood all I want on it is tuna lettuce onion provolone light amount of tuna, mayo on the pita pocket. I got a tuna with bacon ham and some other meat with tuna on it. Why would you put ham on a tuna dogwood then load it up with tuna... tuna is strong you only need a bit not over loaded, more veggies less tuna, if not you can make two sandwiches out of the left over tuna.... tuna is expensive

Very busy but for a reason... It's Good! I have just recently started working in the area and stopped in for a slice. Friendly through the hectic. Nice clean store. I had my lunch at a back booth. I look forward to hitting up the menu!

I ordered food for the family about half an hour before closing Thursday and the staff was absolutely incredible about it! Made our food promptly with amazing attitudes they were happy to do it! Really appreciated how welcoming they were! Very friendly, efficient, hard working and helpful crew Thursday night! Thank you for an amazing experience and wonderful meal! A+++
