We think everyone at collins is excellent. They are fair and understanding. They will always do what they can to make you feel important. We would definitely recommend them for any of your service needs. Very glad we have worked with them and will continue to in the future.

I found the people at Collins to be very nice and they took very good care of fixing a car I had just bought from them 2 months ago. I would recommend them for buying a car or for doing repairs.

In my opinion, these guys are crooks! They stole my money from me. If there ever was a group of people that should NOT run a garage, it's these guys. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.
They are awful at communication. They will not call you back when they say they will. They installed a faulty part and continued on and had no clue as to what the problem was.
After we brought it somewhere else, we were informed that the part Collins installed was faulty. We went back for a refund for the faulty part. The ladies explained that they had to work with NAPA first, before refunding me, and they would call me back. OK, fine. So, now, I waited 8 days, and I still did not hear back from them. I went to see them, to inquire about the refund. We were told they were still waiting for NAPA to refund them, and can't refund me until NAPA refunds them. After we left, we called NAPA, and NAPA explained that they had already credited Collins for the faulty part. So Collins lied to our face. They HAD indeed already been credited by NAPA, but I still have not received a phone call or a refund.
I had to pay someone else to redo the very same job he was supposed to, and he refused to admit he messed up. I asked Rick why he didn't check the part before they installed it, and his words were, "We don't do that."
So, if you choose to still go here, expect them to not test new parts before installing them in your car. If you have issues with the work they do or the parts they installed for you, do not expect them to back up or guarantee their work. They will refuse to take care of you, and they refuse to admit when they messed up. They will argue and yell at you. They will pick a fight with you, they will gaslight you, and then call the cops on you and have you trespassed, when all you expected them to do was take care of you as a customer, and stand behind their work. NAPA has admitted the part was faulty. Why can't you admit you did us wrong. NAPA refunded them, but they still have yet to refund me....

PS: and I'm sure some snarky reply, pinning this all back on us will be had. *gaslighting*

I stopped here in a quick emergency trying to get back home on a schedule. Two of the mechanics were on their lunch break and still came out to help and got me back on the road!! Literal angels!!

Stopped by for a inspection on my’16 Challenger R/T Rick was there and I had no appointment but he fit me right in and his mechanic gave it the inspection and I was on my way in under a half hour. Thank you Rick and crew for getting me in and out quickly and being so friendly. I would definitely go back!
