Everyone at Collins was professional and courteous. Pricing for the work was as expected and the estimate was given before any work was done. They even shuttled me back and forth to the motel! Thanks for helping get my car back up and running quickly. I would recommend this business and use them again if I lived in the area. The mechanic (Rick) did a great job towing and fixing my car. AJ, at the front service desk, was friendly and professional and Rick Collins (owner) was also very helpful. They all made this unexpected minor disaster much easier to deal with - (cars break down at the worst possible time) - thankful that the folks at Collins could help me out. “So we all know going to a dealer is gonna cost you more, but Lee Nissan in Auburn told me in order to get my Maine inspection sticker it would cost me $3125 in repairs. I was there for a recall issue and just wanted my sticker. So I went to see Boyd, and his team quoted me $1695 and then they determined I had roughly another year before I needed to replace the brakes Lee said I needed. I got my sticker. Total cost just slightly over $1300. This is the second time Boyd and Atec has saved me money and provided great work. I highly recommend! Boyd told me his wife says he talks a lot, I say talk all you want Boyd especially when your saving me this kind of money!!!! Lol.”
