Excellent team! Friendly and professional - from first phone call to Sheila, to the technician performing the repairs and answering all my questions. Knowledgeable service and understanding of my desire to gain a better understanding of the issue, and the system. I thought I had put in a 5 star review previously but I do not see it. When I could not find anyone to fix my heater, I got lucky when I called Jellison. Helpful, timely, sociable, knowledgeable...I can go on and on. I have recommended him to everyone! If all fuel companies followed his lead, their customers would be happier.

Very rude, hidden prices. They have no customer service. Females are talking over each other when you call. Everyone gives you a different price. They charge hidden fees and continually say you owe them money. I will not recommend them to my fellow veterans or anyone I work with at the VA.

Excellent company. Called in with my furnace not working and the Lady in the office dispatched Rich to my house right away. Rich was amazing he explained every thing he was doing and answered all my questions as he quickly fixed all the problems I had. Very reasonable on price, will definitely do business with them again.

Very friendly & accommodating! Called today ran out of fuel and needed a delivery. Went out of their way to contact the driver to make sure I got my delivery. Unlike everywhere else who charges a $75 fee to deliver the same day, Jelison doesn’t. Highly recommend them! Discounts for cash payment! Thank you again!
