Several years ago we moved the two policies we had to Allstate from another company who turned their backs on us when our basement flooded. William Flagg was highly recommended by a family member when the Portland office closed and he has been supporting our insurance needs ever since. We've add several policies over the years as our family and needs grow. I have found him and his team to be incredibly knowledgeable and responsive. It is assuring to know that if something comes up, he's an email or phone call away.

I have worked with William for a very long time now. I have had my car, business, and home insurance with him. What I like is that he answers me quickly whenever I need anything and offers help as much as he can. He also explains things that I have difficulty figuring out on my own, and I really appreciate that about him. Overall, I have had a great experience and would recommend him to people around me. I switched to William Flagg because I had a question regarding a claim. Found out that All-State offices don't share policies with one another. I used to be with office in S Portland and switched to be closer to home. I never met William but Nancy has always been able to assist me with my needs.
