I was broken down on my motorcycle across the street. Although they couldn’t help me fix the issue, Debby gave me some recommendations and tips on where to go. She had a positive attitude and even though the phones were ringing off the hook, she handled the customers perfectly and without a complaint. That’s hard to find these days. 5 stars for Debby.

Paid 700$ for the four wheeler to come back the same way we brought it in. Have no computer system to help diagnose what is wrong with it. Called us when it was at 500$ and when we got there some how we owed 700$ Terrible service. I’d trust a backyard mechanic more than this place. If you want spend money for no reason this is your place.

Don’t go here for service, just spent 700 dollars for them to look at it with no answers for me. They don’t know what they are doing and don’t give you the communication about cost. Should have called me when I was 300 dollars in but instead they called me and told me 500 dollars and then when I went to pick it up, somehow it turned into 660. Don’t go here

I called a week ago to get my bike inspected. The lady that answered the phone said that at this time of year you don’t need an appointment and to come in any time. I called again this morning and was told they didn’t have the inspection stickers at this time and that they only do inspections by appointment only. The lady was extremely rude and acting like I just happened to make up what she told me previously. You find better customer service at McDonald’s. I’d go to any other dealer in the area.

Debbie who is the parts and service manager to Tyler who in my eyes the #1 Slingshot mechanic are just wonderful to deal with. Westport should be glad to have employees like them. I rate Westport out of 5 bars a 20 !!!! Keep up the good work.

I was searching for a helmet for my street bike. Most of the inventory they have was more geared for off-roading. The guy at the counter was really helpful and talked to me quite a bit about the helmets and asked me if I had questions. I felt very welcome in this store.
