Do not go here unless you want your rims absolutely destroyed. When I inspected my car after the wash I noticed complete chunks out of my rims. Same looking marks on all four rims, that a curb could not have done. When we came back to ask the older guy about it, he had an extremely rude and condescending tone right from the start, at one point even swearing at us. The customer service was awful, will not be returning.

The staff is very kind and helpful. The extreme increase in prices (like everywhere) seem steep. Why can't anyone seem to wash the back of the vehicle and thoroughly rinse it...soap soap soap

A lot of good things about this place and no bad ones. First they do not reuse the water like almost every other one does. They only use premium soap and waxes (I checked). Also they do a lot of prep work as well. I used to run a car wash so I know a good one and this is it! !! And finally, the real test of a business is how a problem is handled. I had a problem and am very pleased with the outcome. Incidentally their prices are more than reasonable.

We went here based on the great reviews, but we had a terrible experience and won't be going back. I'm particularly surprised by all the reviews about the friendly service. Maybe we caught them on a bad day, but the staff we encountered was really rude and surly. The first young man brusquely waved us along and pre-sprayed the car. He did not pre-brush it as some reviewers mentioned, but maybe that wasn't included in the level of wash we got (regular + undercarriage). The older gentleman at the car wash entrance was extremely surly, impatiently barking orders. The drive-thru wash itself was very rough and took off a strip of trim from our side panel (we were able to pop it back on). I can't recommend this place unless you feel like rolling the dice on whether you'll receive friendly, helpful service and whether you'll lose a piece off your car.
