WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. As an owner& operator of2 restaurants, I would fire the man who "helped" me for that poor job.
I came in looking for some help with my apple watch that had mysteriously stopped working. Upon taking a quick 30 second look at my account, he told me he couldn't do anything about the current watch as I had no insurance. I then asked him for cost on a new watch and his response was various prices. I came in to purchase a new apple watch and your associate's attitude and demeanor prevented me from resolving my concern. Why is he working if this is the effort he is going to give?

I tried to make an appointment online only to discover that cancel and return equipment was not an option. I arrived at approximately 10:30 am (opened at 10am) and was 4th in the queue. There was only one employee working. Shortly after I arrived a steady stream of customers quickly filled the room. There were 13 in the queue before another employee arrived (around 11:15) who was busy on his computer and paying no attention to customers. When I was finally called up at 11:30, I was hastily rushed through. I asked for a receipt for the equipment I was returning and told I would be getting an email receipt. I pressed the employee for a printed receipt and the other employee piped up that all I needed was an email receipt. I left feeling rushed, bullied, and uncertain that I would actually get a receipt to prove I had actually returned the equipment. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
I later checked my email for a confirmation. When I didn't find anything, I called Spectrum support and explained my experience. The representative patiently listened. Her recommendation was to go back to the store, cut the line, and insist on a printed receipt. That seemed drastic, so I decided to wait 24 hours to see if the email would appear. This morning there was no email and when I checked online, it appeared that the account was still open. I called customer service again. She confirmed that the account was closed and that they received the equipment. My emaiI confirmation came about an hour later. I now am waiting for a supervisor's call to lodge an official complaint. This is not something I usually do, but I have had enough of such poor service!!!

This store is a nightmare! Wanted to just return old equipment once I upgraded and was stuck for over an hour waiting for an appointment. Multiple workers not helping anyone or doing anything, while several customers are waiting. This experience was close to making me cancel my account!

Disappointing Experience at Spectrum Wireless – Westbrook, ME
I visited the Spectrum Wireless store in Westbrook around 4 PM yesterday, hoping to upgrade my device. There were three representatives present—one was assisting a customer, one behind the desk on his phone, and another on the computer. Despite being the only other customer in the store, I wasn’t acknowledged at all until I spoke up. When I finally asked for help, the representative on the computer responded without even looking up from the screen. He told me to find a phone on my own and come back to the counter when I was ready.
I had a few questions while browsing but was completely ignored again, which left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I decided to walk out and head to a different location, where I thankfully received excellent customer service.
This lack of engagement and follow-through at the Westbrook location was incredibly disappointing.

Just had a A+++++ experience in person with the service rep Timmy. He had the answer to every question I had been trying to get via phone to no avail. Thanks for the positive experience.

I wanted to give a shout-out to Kyle, the store manager, who made switching phones an absolutely painless experience! This is something I was dreading, but Kyle was so kind and personable. Whatever Spectrum is paying Kyle it isn't enough!

Lots of negative reviews for this location. HOWEVER, my experience at this location was NOT negative compared to other locations. I was able to walk right in, get what I needed, and was out in less than 10 minutes! I was greeted, not pressured, and treated kindly. Will return to this location from now on!
They have plenty of parking, lots of space, a wide variety of products, and nice staff. Handicap accessible!

I went to the Spectrum store today for help getting my cell phone set up with a new SIM card. Kenneth was professional, helpful and courteous. I was very satisfied with the great service I received.

Horrible service at the Westbrook store. The staff person who “helped” us acted like it was a bother to help. We decided to try Xumo and tried to set it up but the staff person neglected to give us one of the pieces of equipment. When we went back to get the equipment there wasn’t even an apology. It gets worse from here. While we were engaging in the setup following the prompts on the television screen we called a customer support number that was on the instructional screen because we were having trouble. They asked for our credit card number to finish setup (which sounded suspect) but we stupidly gave the card number only to get an email message that fraudulent activity was detected in our credit card. We quickly cancelled our card after several charges were added for several hundred dollars each. So angry and disgusted with Spectrum and their staff. If I could select zero stars I would. Horrible experience.

Staff at this location is about as useless as Spectrum themselves. Went in asking about an upgrade. The customer service rep couldn't be bothered. He seemed happy to be making things difficult for us when we misunderstood Spectrum's confusing terms. We left not getting an upgrade and will be canceling our service with Spectrum. You and your staff lack basic customer service skills. Do better.

Customer service sent me there to pick up some equipment, the store is closing at 6:00 p.m. and didn't bother to update any of their information online, customer service indicates that they don't actually know the store hours. Nice

Both Ethan and Matthew were a great help assisting me with my account. They both took the time to explain in detail any questions or concerns I had. Very friendly/professional staff and helpful on my cable/wifi needs. Thanks a bunch!

Pretty greedy company. Not people centered. Dishonest business practices. Would say to find yourself a different internet provider but my guess is their all pretty well the same, shallow drones who blindly regurgitate canned responses. Monopolies like spectrum should not exist. Don't give them your money.
