I wanted to give a shout-out to Kyle, the store manager, who made switching phones an absolutely painless experience! This is something I was dreading, but Kyle was so kind and personable. Whatever Spectrum is paying Kyle it isn't enough!

I went to the Spectrum store today for help getting my cell phone set up with a new SIM card. Kenneth was professional, helpful and courteous. I was very satisfied with the great service I received.
