“I see a lot of issues in the reviews for this place but my experience has been different. They have been very helpful with issues and have been open as per their posted hours. I suspect the issue is that this small post office is manned by one person (it seems) so sometimes I guess they may have to step away or close the window for a break. For me, they have been friendly and helpful.”
“Every time I go in, I'm greeted right away, and if one employee is helping a customer, another employee will come right out to help. They're very kind and informative, and always provide a receipt (which is important for a small business!).”

“I was at the Gorham post office today waiting in line for my expensive book of stamps. I had the privilege of watching one of the employees interact with an elderly deaf patron. Her smile was genuine and she treated her customer with the utmost respect. Wish I had caught her name but I didn’t. I wish everyone with a “challenge” was treated with such kindness.
