Very disappointing! Worst delivery experience ever. My $60K+ Nautilus is very high tech, but the salesman spent about 5 minutes explaining the features. Most were not even discussed. After leaving the dealership, the GPS screen went blank, but he never told me how to actuate it. Got to the highway and didn't know how to set cruise control. And when I got home, I tried to teach myself by reading the owner's manual, but guess what? The $60K+ vehicle doesn't even include one!!! The dealership offered to print me one, but at 584 pages of 8.5 by 11" pages, it wouldn't even fit in the glove compartment.
When I called the salesman on various problems and questions, he told me to just bring it in to get the answers, even though he knew I live over 2 hours away.
Before responding to the survey I was sent, I asked to have the concerns addressed, but I was strung along with promises until (surprisingly?) the survey "expired". Now it's all "Sorry, we can't do anything".
I've bought a lot of cars in my life and this experience is the worst! I'd expect more from the Lincoln brand and surely won't buy another.

Always awesome service, but this time I had a major repair needed. They went the extra mile to process a claim with my warrantee company and got it approved and the repairs completed. Provided me with a loaner for more than three weeks while my car was being repaired.

The service coordinator Julie was great to deal with, the service department is suffering from low staffing and poor coordination, my car went in for a small leak from the sunroof stool under factory warranty and fully covered and it was over 5 weeks to get the job completed. Wrong parts, short handed, bad weather, not enough trained mechanics and when I picked it up I was still charged 84.00 for an oil change. Forgot an item (transpass) and it took 2 weeks for them to find it !
Salesman had it in his desk ……
Rowe has always been good to us but they are really struggling with customer service!!!! Julie the service coordinator is the only reason I will go back and give them another chance !!
The general manager reached out and contacted me, he was very helpful. The repairs are now complete

The best new car purchase experience ever! Our Rowe salesman, Jon Bombach, was a pleasure to work with. Jon was incredibly knowledgeable, and very professional. Jon went above and beyond for my wife and I making the new car buying experience a wonderful experience.

Everyone in the body shop was friendly and knowledgeable. They worked with me to perform the repairs at a good price. Provided a loaner when needed. Repairs were great and car looks like new.

Although I wasn’t able to drop off the vehicle, there’s someone who will come pick up your vehicle which is great. The service is great and staff are professional
