All dealer service centers are busy. I decided to ask Rowe Ford Westbrook instead of driving to Yarmouth Casco Bay Ford, due to a Leak underneath. August 26 - 29. . Service Rep was cordial and knowledgeable.
I would install a Padded Covering on the Front of the electrical panel along the Left Hand Aisle Wall as you walk in to the Service and Body Area.
Everything is OK now, no Visible Fluid Leaks. A new Water Pump, V Belts, Idler Arm.

I called for an appointment for a tire issue.
I was given an appointment the very next morning. They checked all tires and found one with a screw wedged in where a patch was not possible. I got a new tire was back on the road.

Beginning with Advisor Jeremy at Quick Lane and Anthony at the Service Desk to the Master mechanic who repaired my dependable high mileage 2013 F-150, my thanks for a job very well done! I needed to find a dealership that would handle a recall issue with my 2021 motorhome with an E450 chassis. Ford was one of the few places I found that could handle this work. They were very well organized and professional in scheduling and completing the work on my motorhome. I was pleased with the facilities and the service representatives that I dealt with. I would not hesitate to go back.

Daniel Otieno was a great help to our family to pick out the best vehicle for us. He explained all our options and let us take the 2024 Ford Expedition home to try it out and make the decision to buy. Daniel and the whole Rowe team were great to work with.
