“I live near the nextriverside st store and have to travel to other stores in other towns due to constant drug use , paraphernalia and homeless population being allowed to completely disregard human safety or courtesy of others. Have found countless needles, with one loaded with drugs in the middle of an aisle..I will continue to shop here regularly just not at certain locations”

“I had oral surgery and needed to get a new prescription filled. When I went to the counter, the staff appeared to be very busy. Even so, they kindly let me know someone would help me soon. In just about 3 minutes, a staff member came over to assist me. She was friendly and patient, which I really appreciated since my face was swollen and I was having trouble moving my tongue and lip.
I asked if I could wait for the prescription if it could be ready in 15 minutes, and she said absolutely. I was happily surprised when it was ready in just 5 minutes! Then I was able to head home and get some much-needed rest.

“This Walgreens is your typical pharmacy. I only had 2 times when this Westbrook location didn't have the meds I needed, until they put in the order and the meds come. If you're consistently taking medication, everyday, then you know you can't just go without. I desperately needed one of those meds, so I just asked my doctor to send my prescription to my usual Walgreens, on Forest Ave in Portland. Other than that, I haven't had any bad experiences there.”

“This is a nice, well organized store with a wide selection of products. But what impressed me enough to write a review was the service we received at their pharmacy. The pharmacy staff clearly care about their customers, and go above and beyond to help them. I highly recommend the Westbrook Hannaford‘s store and particularly their pharmacy.”
