“Wow, just wow. I rarely write reviews, but Hope at S.W. was so amazing today I have to write this. I have a cabinet that I am touching up and needed to match the paint (the store machine match was ok, but she wanted it to be perfect - she worked the colors manually 4 additional times, testing them each time) Thank you Hope. During this time the store got very busy, watching her and the other gentleman synergistically complete tasks, take new orders and what appeared to me as a solid team making their day fun, was great to see. Both my wife and I are in the service industry, we know great service when we receive it, we would like to recognize both of them for making the store a great place to do business with. It would be impossible to not see that they geniunly care about what they do, the people they help. This type of service is rare these days and should be recognized - Cheers!”

“New name, same helpful, knowledgeable staff. I stopped in this past spring in preparation for painting the exterior of my house. All the staff (Wendy and Nick) were very helpful. I worked mostly with Alisha looking for a contractor that could repair/replace rotted wood in addition to painting. She gave me 3 business cards to contact. Each responded quickly and I chose one.Then came matching the existing colors as the BM names/formulas had changed from my past or non-retrievable records. I purchased a gallon of one trim paint that was too bright. I brought in some shady area house chips and she was able to get a perfect match and add to that gallon, keeping the formula on file. I picked some samples for the house and 2nd trim colors, which were not to our liking. We described the look to Alisha and she did an amazing job finding the shades that really worked well together.
