I saw an associate helping an elderly man, she was so nice to him, he was getting g a sports jacket and shirt, I wanted to go to her after and thank her for being so nice to him, she was helping him get the right size and showing him how it looked in a mirror. Very impressed. I wish I had her name. It was in the Westbrook, Me store

Kohl's in Westbrook, ME was such a disappointment yesterday. I've always looked forward to going there but walking in the door yesterday I was shocked. Items are typically neat, organized and presented well. I walked in to a very unorganized women's department. I walked around to see clothing on tables and shelves in both men's & women's complete messes. There's simply no better way to describe it. Unorganized and unfolded clothes everywhere. It doesn't look like they have anyone going around neatening or straightening in any department. It's sad because I really have no desire to go back and it's been one of my favorite stores.

Although I had trouble finding where to check out, I found exactly what I was looking for, a below the knee skirt. Many stores no longer carry skirts!

The store was a disaster. LITERALLY!! No one was available to help me find the shoes I was looking for and as you can see by the photos it’s a wonder anyone would be able to find what they were looking for. SPECIAL NOTE: It’s Memorial Day weekend. When I asked what the discount was I was shocked to hear that there isn’t one. I asked if they had a Veterans discount and I was told - only on Mondays. I was really surprised to hear that Kohl’s doesn’t even offer a discount for Veterans Day unless it falls on a Monday. As a Disabled Veteran (100%) it was disappointing to hear that. Even more disappointing to hear the staff at the register not know what Memorial Day is about! Shame on Kohl’s

The problem with Kohls is that corporate bumps up prices by 35% and send a coupon for 30% off. I know this as fact...I've done the personal research on the subject and it's kinda messed up on their part. But....the customer service is cool except for a lady in the back that has never learned to smile.

Just disappointed that I couldn’t use my 30% coupon on the item I bought. I bought a buxton wallet and a pair of winter isotoner gloves that were marked down. The cashier said I wasn’t allowed to used coupon, they were already marked down. He was very friendly though.

If you use your Kohl’s reward $$ on an item you purchased and need to return you will lose your Kohl’s rewards. They will not be credited back to your reward balance.
