They did the FAVN test for my dog. And when asked if the report was on the way to me, they didn’t know where the report was sent to, my vet or the Chinese customs. Thanks to them, I may have to give my dog up. Because my visa isn’t long enough for me to stay for another test. I hope you go bankrupt soon!

Worked there for a year and a half. Customer service is designed as a revolving door to overwork employees and then just push them out. Worst company I ever worked for and I worked for Time Warner Cable through the merge to spectrum who lied to the FCC to get that merger through. It's a bad company to work for.

I was there for some electrical work so I didn't get any services from them. But I will say this place is NICE! seems like an awesome place to work.
