Everyone is always so nice and polite every time that I go in. If I need help finding something I know that if they have it, they will help me find it. I think that they go above and beyond everyday. Everyone always has a smile on there face.

Tried to go into the store and they closed at 5p (online lists 8p). Went to the family dollar next store to get the OTC medicine I needed and when I came out they were towing my car. I was in the family dollar for about 10 minutes and I’m out $240. I won’t be going there again unless my life depends on it.

Very happy with visits to our local CVS in Westbrook. The store has what we need and is very conveniently located for us.

I've been a loyal customer of CVS Pharmacy for years, but my recent experiences have been incredibly disappointing. Over the past year, I've consistently encountered issues with medication availability. They frequently run out of stock and fail to restock on the promised dates. Additionally, trying to reach them by phone is frustrating, I always end up getting voicemail and no returned calls. The service in person isn't any better— all the staff treat you like an inconvenience…and the Manager Don, in particular has ALWAYS been extremely rude, unprofessional and beyond unhelpful. I am now going to use a different pharmacy and I strongly advise everyone against using this pharmacy. If I could give 0 stars, I would!

I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and it’s so disappointing how down hill this place has gone since covid. One time, someone in the pharmacy miscounted my prescription and just canceled it. Causing me to have to drive down to figure out what was going on, and because of their error, it had to be refilled again from a past prescription or I would have been left without medication. This past weekend I sent in my refill online and received a text back saying it cannot be filled until 30 days later, leaving me without medication for a month. I went in to speak with someone about this issue and they don’t care, and couldn’t explain or figure out why I kept receiving a text message like that. They also wouldn’t let me fill it until day 31, which I’ve always refilled it day 30, not that big of a deal but rather annoying when it’s a different day every single month. I then asked to be transferred to another pharmacy, and the woman at the drop off was smiling and laughing the whole time, thought it was hilarious that I would possibly be without my medication, it was disgusting. Then she wanted to keep going back and forth with me, instead of just transferring me to another pharmacy. She told me I didn’t have to wait because it takes a really long time and I asked to stay to make sure everything was transferred correctly, then she said it will take 5 minutes. Which one is it? I really had faith in the blonde girl there but she is even worse and came up to me with the nastiest attitude yelling at me. I was seriously blown away by how I was treated today. Don’t ever dare try to stand up for yourself and your health! The customer service has become BEYOND horrible. If you like to be talked down to, bullied, laughed at and provoked, this is the place for you!! Zero respect, zero empathy, zero care in the world. Time to go somewhere else.

This pharmacy is the worst I have ever tried to work with. First they don’t answer the phone so you have to go in and talk to them. After my prescription was sent here I got my prior authorization a few days later so waited to pick it up. They refused to rerun it. I was forced to have my doctor write a new script and send it to hannaford pharmacy. Do not use this pharmacy go to Hannaford in Westbrook.

We've had nothing but issues with this pharmacy. One time they didn't have what we needed and for days kept telling us it would be in tomorrow. 3 trips later we were finally able to get it. Today we needed to pickup medicine and because they were entering in the wrong member number (insurance number)they weren't able to process it through my insurance. I was on the phone all morning trying to fix the issue. In the end I had it filled somewhere else. The other pharmacy was friendly and the order was filled and cost me way less. We will not be using this pharmacy ever again.

This place is a joke. My partner went into the store and I went across the street to pick up a food order. The food order took 20 minutes longer than it should. I came out and my car was towed. Cost me $500 at 9:00pm at night. What kind of place does this. The tow guy explained someone from CVS called them to tow us. Of course no response from the manager of the store, the employee's probably did not pass along me message.

Do not go here!! Absolutely no customer service. This morning I sat out in the drive thru 15 minutes with no sign stating it was closed. The recording came on and said someone will be right with you. Nothing……. It was not until one of the two people behind me came to my window and said “it looks like they are closed because there is a screen.” Oh how could you even see that. I could not see through the window. So I proceeded to go inside. And the first thing I hear and see is a girl walking by with a sign and says out loud. “I’m not getting yelled at again. Are you kidding me. You just let me know that you knew I was sitting out in my car waiting for 15 minutes pressing the button for service and did not once come to the window TO LET ME KNOW !!or put the sign up then to let me know you were not open!! Are you kidding me!! I AM NOT AN INTERRUPTION OF OF YOU WORK!! I AM THE PURPOSE OF IT. Number one thing that avoids people getting angry is….acknowledging them!!! This is 101 for customer service….And the old women who chimed in…..mind your own business!!! No one yelled at anyone. I let her know that it was rude and uncalled for. This was absolutely unacceptable!! And I will never go there again. Find a friendly drug store to go to that knows how to treat people !! it’s not worth all the DRAMA they are looking for.
