I would Avoid this corporation like you'd avoid flesh eating bacteria! If you need banking services look for a local credit union. This place has the potential to cause a person PTSD. Not even exaggerating... Run far away!

This corporate entity of a bank, with its robotic employees, lacks any semblance of humanity. I deeply sympathize with the employees who work in an environment that dismisses empathy and replaces it with frustration when asked human questions, forcing them to claim that computers make human decisions.

Rolled up to the Chase Bank to get a money order for my Commercial Driver’s License. Walked out with exactly what I needed. The folks up in there were polite and friendly. The cashier who helped me even asked if I needed a free envelope so I could mail my paperwork. Yes, yes I did need an envelope. That’s dope. Thanks, y’all.

I have issues every time I come to this branch. They’d rather you use the atm than help you at the desk. I went to go use the drive up atm as I am on my lunch break, which you have a narrow driveway around the building. I pulled up and found a loomis truck facing the opposite direction servicing the atm. It would have made sense to put a cone up so no one came down.. I had to reverse back ways out of there. Not impressed. I only come here because it’s convenient but I’m fed up with the poor service and lack of caring towards customers at this branch.

This is about the branch and their services, not Chase as a whole. Went in person so I could get an auto loan in hand before going into the dealership so I could work directly with the bank. I was told they only do it online, not in person. What is the point of a physical branch if they refer you back online?? Will only be using their ATMs and that’s it. Otherwise, this is a pointless operation.

I was treated with nothing but respect. I was asked right away as I stepped in what I needed. The staff was nice, super polite, efficient and pleasant. They helped me quickly and called me promptly when my request was fullfilled. Nothing negative to say!

The atmosphere is sterile with an uncomfortable retail feel. The furniture is hard, the room is cluttered, speckled with futuristic glass pods set up as quasi offices. Everyone is eager to pass you off to someone else, and the encouragement to just do things online runs thick. I will take that advice and utilize their online presence instead as the “how can I help you” bot is more helpful.
