This company delivered an item I ordered online. The tracking to know when driver was on way was Great. The driver was seriously BY FAR the BEST delivery driver I have ever had from any company! He was friendly, helpful, and safety came first. He made the delivery easy and fast. He was absolutely GREAT!

They come up with a multitude of reasons not to deliver your package so your forced to go to their depot to pick it up. I'll be sure to mention this to my suppliers so I'll never have to deal with them again.

Do yourself a favor and NEVER do business with this company. Not only do they neglect to tell customers they are curb side only they fully acknowledged it while I was on phone with delivery being dumped on the road. Person I was on phone with said “we don’t tell people it’s curb side only because they’ll cancel and just buy from Home Depot”…yes the guy actually said this. Not only that but the driver was aggressive and unreasonably agitated right off the bat...I asked him if he was ok and immediately regretted showing any kindness and concern towards this person. I have never dealt with a delivery driver who made me question my safety like that. I regret not recording the interaction for the company. Truly a horrible experience dealing with this company.

If I could leave less stars I would. This is probably the most inconvenient trucking company I have ever used. The window of delivery would have me sitting home for four hours waiting for a package. When I asked if I could just come in and grab the package it was another big ordeal about it being on a trailer and needing 24 hour notice. I then give 24 hour notice, and call back to confirm that the package is available to pick up, and the next person I talk to has no idea what I am talking about. So unprofessional, inconvenience, And borderline rude. Terrible customer service!

Unfriendly staff, would not accommodate anything but an 18 wheeler for a residential heat pump delivery. Even when I agreed to pick up at their facility they required a 24hr notice. Avoid using them for your shipping needs unless you have an 18 wheeler loading dock at your home.

Horrible policies. To be clear I never chose to ship through them, a company I purchased from who was supposed to deliver to my address sent them a package. Turns out they accept shipments to addresses to which they refuse to deliver. They then refused to deliver to my work because they don't deliver to dead end roads. I work at a small family owned lobster wholesaler and we have 18 wheeler tractor trailers coming and going daily but they wouldn't even let me send photos to prove that this is an acceptable place for them to send a truck. Ultimately I couldn't coordinate anything with then and had to drive 2 hours each way just to go pick up my package. So annoyed with them.

Driver was very professional and helpful. We were able to offload the skid from truck to our truck and drive up the hill. Tracking system stinks. Delivery sat at the terminal for 5 days with no contact. 800 customer number is useless but the customer folks were great help. Mixed recommendations but overall a decent experience.
