Took our 2016 ATS 2.0T in for a 60k mi service. Bob Williams and his team are great. Might be pure coincidence but we got the best mileage ever during last week's trip to NYC and back.

The Service Department deserves huge praise. Seriously, big hip hip hooray with confetti and stars. The Bill Dodge GMC/ Cadillac service department is now my go-to for all and any vechile maintenance. The service managers Steve and Bob are incredible. This is my 2nd 5 star review. They take their time to listen and make sure you understand everything that is going on. I've been driving 22 years. I have owned new, gently used, and complete junkers, and have yet to find a mechanic service to call home until now. I can trust them and know the work will be done correctly. I'm so happy with my vechile. I'm usually very stressed when it comes time to having my vechiles done because of past bad experiences. Not here. With them, I feel at ease and confident. I don't feel manipulated or taken advantage of. Seriously, this service team ROCKS!!! I can't express my gratitude enough. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!!! ? ? ❤️

Charged my wife for service that is included in her lease on a ct4V. Checked the red box for tires needing “immediate attention” last service mid winter but did not say anything to her. The run flats in the rear were so bad that one blew out (10”+ blowout) worst my tech has ever seen. The salesman could sure sell a car here but the service is terrible in every other way. Very disappointed.

I cannot speak higher of both the service department and sales. Bob in Cadillac service has been fantastic to work with throughout the past 10 years, and Matthew in Cadillac sales was excellent to work with when purchasing our new car. 10/10

I've been with Bill Dodge for almost 7 or 8 years and I have never been discouraged. I am at my 3rd car lease with them and 2 fully bought cars with them. Any little issues I have ever encountered was solved very quick and nicely. Eric Mickelson has always been my to go person and he had always giving me very good advice. I will stay with Bill Dodge Auto Group. I am looking forward to enjoy my new car.

I ordered a Serento for my wife and the experience was great. They kept me updated the whole time. When it was time to go get the Serento everything went awesome. They greeted us before we even got out of our car. Everything from the walk around to the close of the sale was pleasant and professional. They caused an electrical short in my truck which fried my radio and has my electric locks and security system messed up too. They now deny they caused any problem and refuse to fix it. They did call me back and offer to replace the radio for $1000, so there’s that. What a joke.
