“Their gas prices have been $.30 - $.40 cheaper than anywhere else throughout this high inflation time. Their pump-first, move, and pay, honor system is like a step back in time. Staff are friendly too.”
“I was a bit reluctant to try Charleen's in Richmond due to the fact that you have to go into the store to pay for gas. I'll be honest, I like to go to self-serve, pay at the pump and get out. Here you do need to go into the store but they make it as efficient as possible. They are so busy that they have you pump your gas then move your car ahead before going into the store to pay. They ask that you let them know how much you owe them when you get into the store. This allows others to pump their gas. It is a Fabian gas station. During the increase in gas prices recently, Charleen's prices were ALWAYS lower than anywhere around. The prices were not just a little but a lot (30-50 cents a gallon) lower. They want to give the savings back to the community. There were times when the gas was $4.50 gallon at other stations and I don't think it ever went over $3.90 here. Let me tell you, the owners are awesome. They are friendly and inviting. They love dogs and are fine if you want to bring them into the store. They offer a variety of sundry items, beer, milk and even local baked goods. It is hard to rave about a gas station but if I am going to, it is absolutely going to be about Charleen's. This store/gas station and the people who own it are the best!”
“This place is great for having the essential supplies to eat drink and all kinds of life style items for everyone in the neighborhood and the dude is always cool to locals snd the place has that close nit vibe thats not like other convenience stores in the area .. this is the store that keeps customers stocked and happy ???”
“If it wasn't for Dee and Cindy I wouldn't even go here. These ladies make it a pleasure to stop and make the best food. I won't even fo in if they're not working.”
“I am so fortunate to live close to the Exit43 Quick Stop! This is a greatconvenience store, with the most friendly staff. There is a large selection of cold beer, liquor, snacks and sundry items.Consistently fresh, delicious pizza with eclectic toppings, and some of the best fried chicken anywhere. Not your average gas station fare!! A must stop if in the greater Richmond area.”
“Love this place. One of the few remaining places that knows how to make an authentic Maine Italian sandwich! Great pizzas and great homemade treats. When I'm in the area I always stop in and stock up, even if I'm not hungry at the moment.”

119 Crossing Way, Augusta“Best Pharmacy in all my travels... and I am an RV dwelling traveler who sees many CVS stores across the country. Pharmacist, Leah, is so responsive and knowledgeable! Everyone in line loves her personal touch! And Nichole, the primary tech, always delivers in a competent and polite manner! Thank you! ♥️”
“This may not be the biggest or most modern store in the area, but the customer service is that of a hometown store. They go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need! I go in there almost daily for gas or whatever and during the biggest snow storm of the year the banks were closed and my debit card wouldn't work, they worked with me to help with what I needed and I couldn't be more appreciative! Definitely A++ rating for me!!!”

240 Riverside Dr, Augusta“Chester's employee was very nice and friendly. He made my order fresh instead of having to purchase items that had been under the heat lamps. I appreciated this very much! Bright and clean store with friendly and personable staff. I will definitely stop by here next time I'm in Augusta.”

262 Western Ave, Augusta“What a great place The cashier the guy there just an amazing person very positive with a great way to get a cup of coffee and start your morning Good job Rusty lantern market”
“They have very clean restrooms. Their cold snack selection is has a very extensive variety of options to choose from. Small alcohol selection but they do carry all the essentials at least. The night shift attendant is very weird, and the morning shift attendant is a grumpy old carmudgeon that loves yelling at customers, but at least you can tell back at him and tell him how bad he is at his job, which he's extremely bad at it. All in all, a very great place.”
“Very local feel. Lots of laughs and good times! The owner is caring and kind and does everything he can to make his customers happy and coming back for more good food and great service.”

875 Western Ave, Manchester“Apparently this place is open 24 hours a day and they have food. So if you are looking for something to eat in the middle of the night this is the closest thing to a all night diner or restaurant in the area.”
“My favorite convenience store in Maine. It's employee s are the best and I don't miss a day going there.Best place around and the buffalo chicken pizza is #1 in this town. I have to truly say I've missed the red hot dogs since machine broke down prices on everything tif good also. Congratulations to the best circle k I've ever been to thank you so much employees your the best in my book”

284 Civic Center Dr, Augusta“We stopped here for gas on our way home. I've only been here once so I can only give my initial impressions. The bathrooms as well as the rest of the store were clean and new looking. I was impressed with the variety of food sold here. They sold 'fresh' Chinese food (e.g sesame chicken). I don't know if I'd eat it though. They certainly had quite a selection of other pre-made food as well as the usual snacks. Gas prices were on par with the surrounding area. They have a 'Beer Kave' for all your on the road beer needs!”

She had a great attitude, very friendly and helpful - GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE!! Thanks so much for the help, I was able to make it home!”

36 Stone St, Augusta“Close at midnight now because of all the robberies. Wish it was still open 24 hours. Was very useful when only store open in area. Service is OK depending on who's working. Couple of there many employees are rude due to no smiles or even saying a word to you. Act as if your a pain for buying something there. Those one obviously hate there job and probably life in general. There's always people like that nomatter where you go. I'm happy so doesn't effect me but for 30 seconds it takes to cash out. Being nice pisses them types off even worse. That alone makes my day and a smile even bigger. ☺️ lol”
“This is my favorite local store because it’s quick, friendly, convenient, and up until recently (tonight) 24 hours. It’s not clear why the decision was made to no longer be 24 hours but hopefully it won’t greatly affect the 3rd shift staff who were always cheerful no matter how late/early I visited the store.”

216 Eastern Ave, Augusta“I generally purchase gas here. It is easy to pull in and back out onto route 17. The store does have a lot of items to purchase. Snacks, sandwiches, drinks, and much more.”

Tobacco policies are a bit stricter than needed ex. carding all including grandparents, no returns upon leaving the store”
“I smoke everyday and this just happens to be the cheaper place to go to get tobacco and tubes. There drinks are cheaper for example there twisted teas are atleast a buck cheaper probably more .”
