I have been taking my pets here since I moved to the area 6 years ago. I can't say enough good things about the staff and clinic as a whole. They treat my pets like their own. I rescue senior animals, and cost for care is something I have to budget. They take the time to guide me and answer all my questions so I am able to make decisions that are best for my pets. I feel confident that my pets could not receive better care, and my gratitude to At Home for that is really beyond words.

Abysmal business practice. Dr Calder herself was great, but getting in to see her is another matter. We have seen her multiple times for our cat, and she helped immensely with his anxiety issues and inappropriate elimination. But she is the only veterinarian behaviorist in the state and is completely inaccessible, to the point that scheduling and medication refills are beyond being a hassle, it's incredibly stressful. The second year we attempted to set up a recheck, we were directed on the phone by the receptionist, Matt, to fill out a thirteen page, new- patient form on their website despite our cat already being an existing patient in their system. Matt refused to schedule anything via phone, or set up a prescription refill with Dr. Calder until the document was filled out, which literally took me a day and a half as it was so extensive and I did not have three full hours to sit down and dedicate to filling it out with my busy schedule. Dr. Calder's office is extremely busy but assumes their patients have this amount of time on their hands. Our last attempt at scheduling an appointment, my husband called to schedule, and reached a messaging system that directed us once again to the website to schedule, only the website itself was down. So we left a message explaining the situation in hopes to get an appointment for our cat and set up his medication refill, as well as contacting our regular vet in hopes they could get through to Dr. Calder's office. Our regular vet said they would be happy to fill the script if Dr. Calder sent it over- a normal practice among both doctors and vets. What we got was an email from Matt telling us that Dr. Calder was scheduling five months out and that she "cannot send scripts for other veterinarians to fill". He also said that our regulae vet would have to take over for the care that Dr. Calder was giving (something that confused me immensely as it sounded both like we were being discharged as patients without reason, and that our vet is not a behaviorist) and he would put us on the notifications list.I understand that she is the only vet behaviorist in the state and extremely busy, but her office has taken that to the extreme with making appointments completely inaccessible and poor communication. Why have a business if you don't want patients?

One by one, our extended family and now we will not go back. The older, more experienced providers are gone, and a younger generation is "practicing" medicine on our beloved pets. Some serious red flags were missed at our 7-year-old shepherd's physical in February, and I trusted the professional opinion of Samson's provider. Not only was he misdiagnosed, but he underwent a needless surgical procedure. Now, in 3 short months of pain & suffering, AND 3 more visits back here, he has crossed the rainbow bridge due to metastatic cancer. The emergency vet's report says he used At Homes x-ray to diagnose him. To say we are heartbroken is a gross understatement.Trust your gut. ❤️

Nothing to write home about except for the fact that before they do something to your dog they ought to tell you how much it's going to cost

They have been great with our dogs. I know they are busy, but have made time to see our pets when it was necessary. Either a call with our concerns, or an email with pics of visible issues, and they have made time to help us.

First appointment (had many euthanasia done here in the past) after transferring from our old vets, looking forward to many years of service. Thank you for making a smooth and happy transition.

We were longtime clients of Dr.Flowers.We met when he had just moved from New York state. He would always squeeze you in if u had an emergency. He once did surgery on our cat at 2.30 Christmas Eve.He extracted a 6 inch wooden splinter from under the cats skin. Dr.Flowers does not own the practice now and it's a catch can situation in an emergency. Things are different.

Best vet we have ever been to and being an Army family we've been to a bunch. Everyone there is knowledgeable, friendly, and treats our fur babies like they're their own. I highly recommend At Home Veterinary Care.

Great veterinarians. Wonderful staff. Clean and new building. Nice location near Gardiner with lots of parking. Toy trains for the kids to be occupied. Great prices. Easy to see with little wait time. Just a wonderful place to trust your pets health. Large place with lots of exam rooms and doctors, personal care though.
