While he thinks and compiles data at an elevated level of understanding, he explains the diagnostic results and the solution with you in plain talk. And he listens. Can you imagine a tech. that actually listens to you!I suggest you bring your vehicles to Xcellerated , just once, no matter if it's a 1921 Stutz Series K Bearcat Roadster, or a 1950 Henry J. Kaiser-Frazer or a 2010 Mercedes Benz SLS AMG Black Series or whatever your daily driver is these days.You have questions? They have or in exceptional cases can get the answers, to your vehicle of choice. I've seen cars, trucks, construction equipment, huge generators, motorcycles, even a trike from California passing through in trouble, in his parking lot.Service by appointment only. Your time is expensive, so is his. Neither of you can recover lost time. He's not THAT good :-)Make your day a great one.

Very professional and reasonably priced. Customer service was amazing. Replaced the starter I'm my vehicle, and saved me $500 off the dealer quote, and did it in three days not three weeks like the dealer said it would take.
