Talking to her today was the absolute highlight of my day as she was able to give me information regarding replacing a water heater. I know she doesn’t know and I may have just been a random customer. I want Home Depot to know how appreciated speaking with her today. Reviews are not always positive, but this one is Vicky. Helpful staff except the old guy with the hearing problem. He was a crusty guy. As a person with hearing issues, I have to approach people with the understanding that it is likely me that is misunderstanding and not get upset.”
“I visited earlier today and had quite a special experience with a woman I'll consider a new friend named Joanne. I have a home in Arrowsic which was my grandparents. My grandmother was a gardener extraordinaire and I'm tasked with putting in a new rose bush and new plants for the fall now that the home has been renovated after their passing. Joanne walked me through everything I needed to do to ensure my success. By golly I hit a home run and I owe it to her! I'll be sure to invite her to the house warming party! Thank you Joanne!
