I went to York Hospital in Wells today for chest pain. I’m not one for writing reviews but I have to say that this place took such great care of me. From the person in the lobby to the nurses to the doctor everyone treated me with such kindness and care. Thank you all so much and kudos to a fantastic medical team!

I had an unexpected visit to urgent care while on vacation from out of state. Everyone was very professional and efficient! I was shocked at how fast I got in and out!!

The staff at York (health stop in wells, Maine) was excellent. We would definitely recommend them for any non-serious issue.
In order to better care for our patients at all York Hospital community locations, as of Monday, October 25, York Hospital in Wells will temporarily suspend emergency-level care. Wells Walk-In Care will continue to offer urgent care to all patients 7 days/week, and the hours of service, 8 a.m. – 7 p.m., will remain the same. If you are experiencing life-threatening symptoms (severe pain, difficulty breathing) please dial 911 or visit our Emergency Department located on our York campus.
