I broke down right in front of wells auto in my van that I live in and run my business out of. Luckily I was able to get it into their parking lot on a Sunday. I felt bad/sad/nervous abandoning my van there but I didn’t have a choice so I left a note with the keys and called first thing in the morning and apologized & explained the situation. Eric was pretty grumpy and not very kind but he came highly recommended by a local friend so I was trying to trust the process. I waited and heard nothing. I even went by to introduce myself in person. The next day Eric called and said my transmission was completely gone and he didn’t even pull it into the bay because they don’t do transmission work and that I needed to get it towed off his lot. It couldn’t have taken him more than 2 minutes to figure that out so I just wish he could have made the time to give it a quick once over sooner because it would have saved me 2 days of anxiety and waiting. I live and work out of my van so 2 days is like an eternity. I just moved to the area and I’ve heard Eric does good work but I will find someone else to be my go to mechanic and I would encourage others to do the same. A little kindness goes a long way.

You guys rock!
You really helped my in laws out of a jam. We were visiting Kennebunkport and their truck got a flat. We limped it there based on a recommendation from a guy a nearby gas station.
They dropped what they were doing and checked to see if they repair the flat. They couldnt so they put the full size spare on all in about 15 minutes!

So far so good. Changed oil, and when it leaked they fixed it no questions. Very reasonable pricing, which is hard to find these days.

Long time customer due to the honesty integrity and service at this establishment. My last visit once again confirmed my thoughts. A $1500 job actually came in under budget by $150 .Try and match that anywhere else !

Called in am because had a screw in my tire with slow leak and they took it right in and had it done quickly. Reasonable rate at $25.00 for the patch and plug repair. They were also very polite and quick when my wife needed a sticker... so it's our new go too place in Wells.

Stopped at the shop bc the car sounded really rough. Eric the owner was generous enough to lend us a socket and a breaker bar bc out tire was loose. We tightened up the lug nuts and away we went. Thank you to Eric and the crew for helping us in a pinch!!!! Much appreciated sir!!!!
