I don’t love including messaging on 1 star reviews because I don’t always find rants productive. After calling to fill my prescription on Monday and being told it would be ready for pick up by Tuesday, I arrived this morning to find the pharmacy closed without notice. The store manager didn’t seem phased or concerned or really, even slightly inclined to want to help flush out any resolution. I explained to her the medications were vital for pick up but was told to try another Walgreens. I was able to reach an incredibly helpful representative at the Kennebunk location who helped facilitate refilling my medication and ultimately resolved an issue her store played no part in creating. In the event you’re local or vacationing nearby I would recommend avoiding this location and heading to the Kennebunk location instead.

People are nice, but they have far too many random pharmacy closures to be reliable for any kind of medicine that is a regular prescription. I would go to Walgreens in another city or go to CVS, someplace more reliable.

My parents will be the last of my family to leave Walgreen Pharmacy. They won't fill your script until certain day because of insurance, then when you ask them if they will be open on saturday the day the script is to be filled they say " of course". You go to pick it up and they are CLOSED. No big deal it's just medication my father must take everyday. Now he has to wait at least three days. They don't care. There customer sevice is a joke and the lack of communication is unacceptable. I never thought I would say I miss Rite-Aid. Hannafords Pharmacy gains more customers once again.

You know.... I'm going to start this off by saying you should probably update your hours online because they state that you close at 10pm, but tonight I found out that is a LIE. You people should be ashamed of yourself. I entered at 8:46 and was told I had 15 minutes to do my shopping. I desperately needed milk (& various other supplies) because my tits dried up and my poor baby was starving. I was greeted rudely & felt rushed during my entire shopping experience. I can't move very fast because of my crippling hemorrhoids & because your staff was so inconsiderate of my medical conditions I was not able to collect said "various other supplies". I will not be back to this establishment. Shame on you.

Great helpful employees that know what they are talking about. The pharmacy gave me great advice and was able to recommend the product that best suited my need at the time. Thanks Walgreens!! I highly recommend this particular Walgreens.

Prescription was ready early, no lines, they have a wide variety of items in a clean store. Sales person was extra helpful as I was in need of an empty corrugated box and he found one for me. Just nice people, Easy parking too.

Definitely do not use their photo printing service. Even with high resolution files the prints always come out blurry and low quality. Complete waste of money

Used to be a good store but since Walgreens took over it just feels like a completely different atmosphere. Nobody offers help, you ask a question and you get a snippy reply. Used to like coming in but after the last few times it's no longer worth bothering.

The absolute worst place to get prescriptions filled! Last two weeks no pharmacist 4 times! I can no longer depend on them..
