If ur autistic or handicapped DON'T expect any help from the two teenage so called women who work here they will purposely hold your mail from your PO box if they don't like you because you're handicapped if you call with any questions about your mail they pretend to have a line out the door set the phone down so you can hear them playing with the dog that's always there then hang up on you on purpose DON'T trust this Post office with your mail they hold your mail from you on purpose worst customer service ever hope they like being reported to the Post Master general marry Christmas everyone ??⛄ bully's never stop being bully's even after high school remember

I just saw the negative review from Chelsea Rodrigue, and I must emphatically disagree. The postmistress at this site works very hard, is usually alone, and is very busy due to a high COVID workload--too busy to run out and lock the door precisely at 4:30 when (as it says ON THE DOOR) the office closes. The fact that she did accept Ms. Rodrigue's package after 4:30, when she could have just refused to do so, is far from 'rude.' To castigate the postmistress as "extremely rude" is completely unfair--isn't it more rude to show up when the office is closed and demand service? The postmistress is always courteous (and working hard) whenever I come in during working hours. Ms Rodrigue, please try giving a little courtesy (by showing up on time) before you rip someone else for 'being rude,' even though they took your package when they were off the clock and under no obligation to do so.

Just like the post office on the other side of town, this one is NO better. Extremely rude service, I had never been to this location as I usually go to the other one (not happily) and I walked in at 4:31 pm and I had no idea they were closed and the doors were all unlocked. Extremely rude and condescending blonde woman opened the door and screamed at me, “WE ARE CLOSED!”. I tried to say I’m sorry but she ripped the package out of my hands and slammed the door in my face. This happened about a week or ago. Sad that Wells fails in the postal services department badly.

This is one of most efficient post offices ever! Staff are helpful, take time to answer your questions and are consistently welcoming and pleasant.I have never had anything but a great experience. Thank you!

I usually like this post office. However, today was a bad experience. I did not realize they were closing soon and it was my bad. The lady working there kept saying "We're closing soon" and was acting unprofessional towards the customers. After I paid for my package to be sent out, she unlocked the door to get me out and as soon as I got out she hit my foot with the door, closing it really fast. I understand she wanted to close right away but she was unprofessional about it.
