Literally the nicest people. My wife drove over a parking block… They not only received the car from my insurance tow but also made it road worthy so we could make it home. If you need an honest shop to get you back on the road look no further.

The staff was so helpful to us after we hit a deer. They are the friendliest staff and their shop is so clean with a comfortable waiting room. They are employee owned and certainly take pride in their work space and helping those in their community as well as visitors! Many thanks to Chris and his team for helping us out!

We brought our car here after it suffered damage from a deer. It was the most convenient place for our insurance to work with. Not exactly sure why the company is being paid by insurance before the work is done because it leaves them to change the pick up day which happened to us three times. A front bumper was replaced and the car does not sound the same. I’m guessing it’s due to maybe a loose bolt or a wrong bolt but we can tell by the way that it drives and vibrates it does not sound like. I’ve also noticed some brackets the doors were changed was not reflected in the summary. We invested in this vehicle because it’s a Toyota Camry and we wanted it to last so it is incredibly discouraging that while the vehicle is running it doesn’t sound like it did before. I’ll be taking the hassle with the insurance next time something happens to avoid the Moody’s all together.

Just made a report on my 2016 Highlander repair of insurance rod for a $3000 liftgate on a car that was not replace they claim to be brand new that is my old liftgate and apparently the shop claim to take more time and their sweet time at that when they said on Wednesday evening, the car would be done Friday morning. No call from the shop on Friday morning or by the evening then no call until Monday almost evening at 4 PM when I live in an hour from the shop, telling me to get there by the end of the day with an hours notice when I almost live an hour, and they claimed to have been working, so frantically to install a liftgate in charge me for their fees on a lift gate installation on a new door that does not exist making me wait 40 something days and I have to pay $375 out of pocket for rental coverage when the rental company did not charge me a dime per day for the rental and they only paid for the weekend when they didn’t communicate and they said they would have it done on time and then lied about repairs being done that I had lately not been done not only that the glass clean or $400 dollars for on this was not even vacuumed Some girl was pulling it out with a tarp and saying she wasn’t at all the glass I said well then don’t do it at all and don’t charge me $400 unless you’re going to do it the right way I have a cleaning business that is so unprofessional that they left so much glass. I have plenty of witnesses seeing all the glass all over my car I had them that still all over my cleaning bags why was I charge $400 for glass Peake clean up to have it pulled out with a little tarp not even vacuumed my mom’s car was the same thing because she also had her car vandalized and windows blown out. Not to mention they wanted to charge me for damage on a previously paid repair to my insurance company from a previous damage a fender bender in a parking lot where a lady rear ended me and paid out money through progressive and I told them and they still wanted to fix it. Why was my car in the shop for an extra like 15 days maybe 20 days I don’t even know how long it’s out there waiting for a liftgate and installation $4000 that never was done 375 more out-of-pocket plus my $500 deductible plus the money I paid to clean up the glass continuously that’s still all over my cleaning bags and everywhere Why didn’t they pay somebody to do it the right way or not at all same with my mom’s car glass everywhere dropping it in a customers driveway with a $80,000-$100,000 car a seven series BMW and there’s glass falling in their driveway that could damage their tire pop it damage the rim on an $80-$100,000 car because this company does not care about doing the work the right way and not to mention that my mom’s car window piece is falling off and her car was dented by a fender bender. After being in the shop my glass that is the old glass headlights on the back attached to my liftgate are also older and have a huge and not to mention that my mom‘s car window piece is falling off and her car was dented by a fender bender. After being in the shop my glass that is the old glass headlight on the back attached to my liftgate are also older and have a huge scrape mark at the but want to bottom of one of them . scrap Mark at the bottom of one of them. This chapel why do you not communicate when it’s going to be done tell you that they’re working hard to make repairs that aren’t being completed and also have the girl at the shop try to make you pay another $7000 at the insurance company already and once again for a check that they already received. Despicable I would never use the shop again. I should’ve known better.

Car was hit by drunk driver- looks brand new now! Moodys provided great customer service. Had the car a few days more than I hoped but that was because more damage was done than we knew and they fixed it all. They also processed it directly with insurance.

It was my first time having a vehicle painted, and a very special one at that. I chose to come to Moody’s because of the level of expertise their shops are proven to have, as well as the strong culture of being co-worker owned. During my first visit, Chris was immediately pleasant in rapport and realistic about the work estimate for repairing peeling paint below my quarter glass window louvers and several other blemishes in different areas of the car. The details were discussed and figures established on paper within a half hour. The process involved a strategic approach of blending the quarter panels to the doors as well as into the front fenders, among other details to plan for perfection. Notably, yellow is a very difficult color to match, but in house body work and paint expert Josh was confident that he could match it 100%. Considering the complexity of several factors in this project, I had decided to also paint the louvers themselves, brake duct scoops, hood, trunk lid, wing, front, and rear bumpers. The communication was consistently top-notch, even when I was traveling and not able to communicate by phone. All the findings and evolving process steps were discussed and decided together in detail as a team. For example, when it was found that I needed new quarter glass due to the condition of the priors, which were originally sealed with incorrect adhesive, and actually led up to the peeling issue I was having. We worked the solution together so as not to compromise a single detail.Having discussed all specifics, and even considering a few unforeseen findings throughout the experience, the final price was reasonably close to the Chris’s original estimate, and just as importantly, I could not be happier with the quality of work that Josh meticulously performed on my one-of-a-kind Mustang. Thanking Josh, Chris, and Moody’s for this flawless experience, outcome, and your professionalism.I would recommend your services to anyone – whether the vehicle is a daily driver, insurance repair, or something a bit more special. 5-Stars for making my pony shine like the sun, and I certainly plan to come back for all of future related needs!NikitaServices: Painting

They did an amazing job on my car! It looks better than when I bought it. They were quick and easy to work with. It did take a while to get it in there, but that's to be expected. They had an available appointment a good 3 weeks before anyone else I called.Services: Painting

Badly job. I dropped my car there for fix. But when I got my car back the trim on the sliding door broken and they glued it by tape( I figured when it's hot and there broken showed up, I got photo) and the paint, it was not smoothly.

Moodys garage was very thorough. The office staff was polite , helpful, and informative. They handled everything down to the last detail. Moodys was very professional . It took a few months for my part to come as it was back ordered and there were none to be found. The garage hunted the part down and repairs went quickly afterwords. I'm happy to give them a very positive review for their help getting my car back on the road.

It has been a nightmare, 2 months and two attempts to get my car fixed has left me wishing I never brought my car to this location. Going back for a third attempt but I'm expecting the same results.
