Called Glass Unlimited to come give us a quote for a shower glass door and they came out that day and stated they would call me back by end of day with a quote. I never heard back from them even after leaving them voicemails.
I ended up going with Broken Glass Company and couldn’t be happier!

Vance promised me an order for months. Week by week, I waited. Called him every few weeks with an update, which he never returned my calls unless I got him directly on the phone. Several times he told me “next week it’s coming”. It never came. I made one last call after 4 months of waiting and left a message asking him to call me or cancel the pending order. Guess again, he didn’t call back. Disorganized, doesn’t know his vendors or order schedule and is not good at communicating or getting back to customers. I spoke to a friend who experienced a similar situation as well, he was given an estimate to order, he ordered and Vance never called him back or completed the work.

The most trustworthy company . 110% professional, accommodating. They will tell you how it is and fix it. They won't overcharge and they actually will save you money. When I had purchased my second home in the area , they were very helpful getting screens for all my windows, and directing me not to spend additional unnecessary funds . I feel good about calling them with future work , they come out even if they are busy , good quality work , at a great price.

I called and he helped me order a double pane replacement. He was very kind. Gave me a few ideas to temporarily cover the broken window in March (opted with drop cover plastic and just popped windows back in over this, worked freaking great!!!). Advised me it would be 1 week. 1 week later he called said it was in and to pick up. My wife went down to pick up, after a minor payment issue on our part (see payment methods) he even went out of his way to help us with the issue. Wrapped window and help load into car. Window fit perfectly, great friendly service, fair price. Trustworthy small town business. Highly recommend.
