Horrible experience, the car wash tore our truck visor right off the roof, we were under the posted clearance and there's no number anywhere to call. The damage is so upsetting!

Never will i ever return to this place. The young gentleman was rude and slamming things because i apparently was driving forward too slow for him.

paid $16 and wasn’t even able to get a car wash because our stock height Fiat 500 immediately scraped on the yellow bar. nobody on site to talk to. no contact information on the website to get a refund issued.

I really wanted to try this car wash out as it’s right next to my job and easy to access. None of the vacuum's would take my bills so I tried quarters and it wouldn’t take those either. Left unsatisfied. I don’t recall seeing a credit card option for the vacuum's but I could definitely be mistaken.
I didn’t try the car wash.

We visited this carwash near Hannafords, wells maine, Unfortunately we left our backpack near the vacuum stands, We called Phone number(207) 363-9698 several times but have not received a reply. Dissapointed

Save your money and do not go to this car wash! I paid $14 for a wash and wax. There was no attendant. The woman in front of me would not move forward. I waited behind her for 15 minutes, and as a result I did not get a car wash. Due to no attendant or phone number, there was no one who could help me. Don’t waste your money at this car wash.

Great automated car wash. Only thing I would change is they aren’t always open when their website says they will be. The wash here has soft touch or touch less and they both do a great job

My family rolled into this car wash with an extremely dirty car that needed some TLC. We got "the works" from the drive through wash and would have been satisfied just to get most of the gunk off of the car. Eric, the owner, saw that our car could still look better, so he directed us into an empty bay, and proceeded to scrub our car himself.Eric really cares that his customers get value and that they leave his facility happy. He went above and beyond and our car looks fantastic. We will pop in to the auto spa every time we are rolling through Wells. Thank you, Eric.

I sure wish I would have looked at the reviews first! Paid an outrageous price and the job it did was horrible. Went to talk to the gentleman who was overseeing the facility and he was absolutely rude and wasn't even willing to have a conversation about it to see what we could do as far as re-running it or what not. Live and learn and move on I suppose...
