Just picked up my Jeep to find that the work was not completed for a 3rd time. Each time made an appointment and at one point left it for two days. When I left today they made me pay them for an unfinished job. I attempted to express to the mechanic and inside guy that I was a little pissed having to keep bringing it back and ending up with uncompleted work and before I even got the sentence out the mechanic threw up his arms, cut me off and walked off. I went inside to ask why the work wasn’t done only to be swore at repeatedly and listened to the mechanic whine about his job and how tough he has it. The most unprofessional display I have ever encountered. I will never go back or recommend Archie’s Off Road again. Poor service, a mechanic with anger issues who should get another job if he doesn’t like what he is doing and repeated uncomplete work. I don’t leave many negative reviews but do yourself a favor and go someplace.

I have never written a review before but this business really deserves it! Such wonderful and kind people that work there. Fixed my Forester, she drives so much better! So grateful I was able to find Archie’s!

I'm not much of a writer but I needed to say something...I've had my 2017 silverado for almost 3 years and been a maine resident for over 6yrs. I've lived all over the country and have had many vehicles and lots of mechanics. Archies is a stand out among the rest for sure. Bill, Kristien and the team has helped me out with numerous repairs and after market upgrades. They are always helpful, patient and provide solid direction. Alot of mechanics and dealerships will b.s. you and cost you more money. Archies provides honest service. I've had coworkers and loved ones bring vehicles there and all of them have had great experiences. If they don't have the right answer off the bat...they will investigate to do what's right and what's best for your wallet. They really care about they're clients. Thanks again guys for all the help, knowledge and hard work.

Business was recommended to do a lift on my truck. Granted they had just closed at 5 and I was calling at 5 due to being lost (new to area) but to say to a customer “what are you tying to come here for we are closed” is poor customer service and leaves a very bad taste especially when it comes to professionalism Sad that is a lost thing nowadays. 5 min convo cost 5-10k worth of work. Sending truck back to virginia to have work done..

We were on a road trip from Philly to upstate Maine when we needed an emergency hub replacement on our trailer.Their shop does not specialize in trailer repair but being a Saturday, nothing else was open and they went above and beyond to help us.The owner did the repair himself and even made a trip to find parts when the parts that were delivered were incorrect.Excellent people going the extra mile for strangers.

EXCELLENT SERVICE I went for a flat on my BMW ( runflat tire) They did everthing to try to have the tire on the same day but they could not have it ( special tires)and I had to leave, so they make a lot of calls for ,me by them self to help me and find a place for me. They are just amazing persons Super service THANKS a lot again.

Had a new Toyota Tacoma outfitted with a 3-inch lift kit, 31-inch Mickey Thompson tires and suspension upgrades. Couldn't be happier with how it all came out. The crew was fast and professional even when we had some scheduling miscommunications. They crew stayed late and delivered my vehicle as promised! Highly recommend Archie's for all your 4x4 needs.

I had to pull off the highway an hour into a six hour trip as my engine was overheating and the power steering had gone. I walked into Archie's and they were so understanding and accommodating. They looked at the car immediately and had me back on the road in no time. They explained everything that they were fixing and made some recommendations for when I got home. They even gave me a spot to hang out and get some work done! Could not recommend more.

Archie’s is the best! They have everything you need for your truck/Jeep and off road needs. They did a cold air intake/tuner/cat back exhaust on my truck. I’m doing tires next and interior/bumpers and supercharger in the future. I won’t go anywhere else.
